BUYER BE WARE!!! I bought a vape device 10 days ago. 4 days ago it wouldn't charge. Took it in and it was charger. Gave me a new charger. I charged it. Worked fine twice. Then it wouldn't turn on. I take it to store today. When he tries it turns on. I did same thing he did. I asked if I buy a defective item, will you exchange or replace for something else or same item. He said no refund or exchange. I said if it's defective? Said no return or exchange. Asked even if bought days before. Said no. He was nice but they dont stand by their product. Ill never go back. I have purchased multiple mods there and none of them made it past 30 days. Two of them failed back to back in 4 weeks. The owner offered no warranty and told me that i hadnt spent enough money on my mods. I bought puff bars for about two months from this store before I discovered you could verify the puff bars were actually legitimate. When I found out you could go to Puff salt.com and verify the product I found the product I was buying from this location was counterfeit. You can see videos on YouTube as to the physical characteristics of puff bars that are counterfeit. I have purchased several puff bars from this location which were DOA, as well as the product being of inferior quality with less longevity and a huge amount of dry hits. When I went in and asked for a refund on the product I had purchased the person at the counter told me he couldn't do a refund and I would have to come back when Sammy was actually there. I have not returned to approach Sammy and exact refund I just don't wanna do business with them any longer. The shop has renamed itself Sammys smoke shop but they still sell counterfeit puff bars.
