Woah! What an experience I had at Organicann!! 1st I was greeted very kindly and warmly as soon as I got there. There was someone there to check my ID. He already put a smile on my face. I checked in with the front desk and then I ran into Sydney!! (I hope I spelt it right) her energy was so contagious and she was excited to be working. She was very knowledgeable about the products, esp the edibles . when I was walking into organicann I was in a bad mood having a bad day. But Sydney turned that around and did an UNO reverse on me. Her recommendations were spot on to what i was hoping to achieve. I was very happy with my whole experience and with the products and the prices too. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful. I never feel rushed at organicann. Thank you Sydney and the other man that assisted at the end. I will definitely be coming back. Also, I will always remember how kind Sydney was. Nice place, gigantic warehouse. The staff are fantastic & kind. I have been buying there for 15 years. I currently live out of County, Solano. Today I visited a different dispensary, Jane, Cotati. It was a great experience, the same flowers were available, yet at a big discount. While I do like the people working at Organcan, the prices here are much better. I buy Up-North. I also now buy Sense, 1/8 flower. They recommended it & it was great, better than Up-North, opinion. I was also previously informed to return on a Sunday to avail a 40% off flower from both Up-N & Sense. $45 - $18 =$27.00 per 1/8, Wow! Young man named Sebastian, assisted me again today, second visit. He was helpful and let me look closer at open samples. Also, his advice for Sence, was bud-tender ideal. Hopefully Organicann reads Yelp. If so, competition is healthy, consider carrying Sence & beat their prices. It seems like there is a new player in town. read more

As it is the end of the growing season, I need to comment on the starts that I bought from this place earlier this summer. Was really frustrated with Purple City genetics. They have decent strains, but they don't have any information about it on the web, and their website does not take any inquiries or provide any information of any type about the "strains" I have. They are closed off to the public like a wall. There's absolutely no way to contact them unless you were prepared to order several hundred clones and provide numbers and registrations, etc. to grow in mass. There are no forms or any way to communicate which totally sucks. It undermines the growing community in a big way. For me that's a wall as well, I will not buy their products again. I would recommend that you all do not deal in their products because there is no information on them. And their product menu is a shifting merry-go-round of new crosses, not actual strains. That makes it hard to grow and understand what their needs are such as growing duration. it also makes it hard to plan for the next year, knowing that they just are constantly changing the strains and what might've worked this year will probably not be available next year. I really don't like it when they don't take any inquiries at all on their website and their search has no info on strains they sold this year!!! Take notice. New I want to say what a wonderful experience I had at OrganiCan! I walked in. I am very, very sensitive to marijuana, and I do not even like the smell. The last time I came in, Darin recommended I try two different edibles. Cut them in half and put them under my tongue, and boy. Was he on the Mark? I couldn't believe it. He was knowledgeable, and it worked, so I didn't have a panic attack. I can't remember if it helped my back pain, but it wasn't an overwhelming feeling of Being wasted; I was just happy anyway. I went to the edibles instead, and let me tell you, I found it because of Darin And the rest of the excellent customer service team. The key to the Spanish fly. It worked so well I came back in today and guess what Tony the manager went above and beyond and helped me because I was coming all the way from Novato and didn't wanna have to come back. I wish I had carried cash and I will be next time I come here the beautiful art and all of the beautiful people inside And out that are knowledgeable About the products to me is astounding and they love what they do and making people happy so I feel that I need to next time come in with cash so I can tip And to give everyone specifically Darin and Tony, a 20 out of five, and I would recommend this store to anyone it's like walking in to an art gallery. There's a security guard on top of the fact that they also have greeters that are so happy so pleasant they love their jobs. Everyone they love their jobs and I love to see that even though what they're selling, isn't something i'm really into but they were also so happy and kind and knowledgeable. Tony went above and beyond for me today because he didn't want me to have to wait and she didn't want me to make to take a second trip. I finally found something that works like Spanish fly, but I'm not gonna tell you what it is. The environment may have been opened up but l still feel the stuffy attitude that I had before the bars were removed from the windows/doors. Maybe even more than then, because the employees can vary in kindness and positive attitude during sale. The weed cartridges used to be good.. bad now. The flower used to be good as well.. bad too. The edibles used to be good as well.. you guessed it! The security staff has lightened up a bit since the legalization of recreational use of cannabis so they're pretty awesome to pass on the way in their store. The front desk people however have become the exact opposite, in that they used to be cool, now it can really vary between visits. Don't get me wrong the store has some great staff but it's slimming down on your luck of getting one that gives a good vibe. All-in-all: its an okay place to start getting into cannabis for the beginner, but if you're looking for that little something special, head over to Sparc. Sparc has great management and even better staff who will treat you right and they have discounts for military as well as medical card carriers! Second best is Doobie Nights, they just have higher prices but an awesome place to come visit if you're looking for a top-tier experience with hospitality to boot! read more

This is a huge dispensary. There's another one in Berkeley like this, that seems a bit bigger still. In the spring time you can get clones, and they have a wide variety of different strains. They are always healthy and ready to place in your garden . If you were shopping for a clone be sure to get there early because there's a line. They usually only sell on Wednesdays for the clones. There's a huge variety of edibles and flowers. There's no doubt that you'll find something new, or of interest to try. The artwork is amazing and the counter areas are unique as well. read more

Honestly was my first visit to a dispensary and it was quite easy, scan of identification and agreement when walking in. My visit was for a family member who had no intention of visiting, so I took one for the team. The inside of the warehouse is quite easy to navigate with a ton of space. Staff members are all over and willing to help, especially with those are unfamiliar with the process. Ended up grabbing some pre rolls and CBD's and was surprised at the price point, but not surprised at our wonderful state tax for the goods.. What wouldn't a person love about a club with 3d walls, layered with plenty to check out either before or after you get your happy smoke or edibles. The staff is pretty knowledgeable. If the person you ask doesn't know, they'll find someone who does for you. The way they have set the place up with the artwork and the layered walls is just awesome. I see something new every time I go. And if they happen to be out of your favorite cartridge, they will suggest one that's practically the same but maybe a different taste. Always good choices there. Hugely important in this line of work is that: The staff do their jobs well. They are strict but without being assholes about following the rules. This is one of two stores I go to. This one is large, the other is small by comparison but are both equally stocked and knowledgeable about their product. read more

I used to love this place. Unfortunately their quality has plummeted. I went to get clones early May 2024 and was told they were only taking cash. I picked out six clones and I was told to come back with cash and they would be waiting for me at register 7. I went to the bank came back and picked them up. When I got home 2 of the clones were a strain I didn't choose and all of them were completely covered in powdery mildew. After three weeks 4 of the 6 plants have barely grown and look extremely feeble despite having sprayed with neem oil. I have been growing for over 25 years and I know what I'm doing. If you are going to charge $25 per clone at least make sure they healthy and free of diseases. read more

An end to a long relationionship. What Happened: I told a Manager F%#@ YOU! Result: I was kicked out and no longer welcome at Organicann. I am actually proud to have been kicked out of Organicann. Why did I say F%#@ YOU! to a manager? During this past year, I have watched these folks dance on the edge of conformance to safety guidelines regarding Covid-19. With staff wearing their mask under their nose, regularly, to doubling up on folks at the ID intake desk, which places customer right next to each other, and now this last, and final, straw. Just a week or so ago, I was in for a purchase and noticed that Organicann was placing customers, that were purchasing product, within 3 to 4 feet of each other at the registers. The employs have shields protecting them from customers, but they were clearly disregarding their customers safety by NOT following the 6 foot spacing guideline. Quite surprising given the 80, or so, yards of register space that they have in their large room. So I brought this up to the young manager that was taking care of my purchase. His response: well its just like Walmart, we can't control customers, to which I responded "what, Organicann is NOTHING like Walmart! You have space galore, and could easily use registers with more than 6 foot spacing: and protect the safety of your customers!". Hi dismissed me as if I was way off. That warranted a heart felt F%#@ YOU! Very happy to no longer be associated with this organization as they are making it clear, what they think of their customers safety. read more

Big store. Lots of open space. Lots of interesting art, sculptures decorate the cavernous space. Displays of the products are quite tasteful. Variety and sheer volume of products is also the largest of any dispensary that I've visited in NorCal. I came for a specific vaporizer cartridge. I brought my old box that I had purchased at Solful in Sebastopol several months ago. Solful no longer sells that brand and Organnican here doesn't carry it either. The sales guy was helpful. He recommended two cartridges that had the same formula as my requirements. Price was the same that I paid for the original. So, the place is big and clean. For an industrial warehouse the room is actually quite pleasant to spend some time. There's lots of product. The herb selection is the largest in Sonoma county. There are live plants for those who grow their own. The sales people are nice. I'm going to be a regular customer. Recommended. read more

Ok...My 2nd time visiting a dispensary as needed for CBD information. Everyone super friendly while being greeted and ID check. I was absolutely impressed with the vast size and artwork upon walking in to the dispensary. Wow! Huge, clean, cool, artwork, clothing and of course CBD selections. Megan was outstanding helping me with suggestions. A super friendly employee is always incredibly appreciated. I ended up purchasing 2 containers of CBD gummies and a bottle of CBD tincture. Megan was cool enough to inform me about 'Senior Discount' days. 10% off! Nice! All around great experience as I meandered around the store before leaving. So many interesting products and people. I love this place - saw a lot of bad reviews, are you on a bad trip mannnn? nah just jaggin. This place is like going to a mall for the kind. They always have special deals on sacks both indoor and outdoor, and further separated to sativa's, indica's, and hybrids. I've found the customer service to be excellent - everyone is always very cool. They have special events every few months and will have Comet Popcorn - no cost!!, sometimes free taco's, a DJ, free edibles, Bhang chocolates - growers symposiums. The prices are better than many other dispensaries. The place is HUGE - like I said, it's the size of a big box store with everything you need, including delicious medicated Ice Cream - seriously delicious. I haven't been to any place that compares to this one and I've never had something missing from my purchase. What more do you want? Go to Sonoma Dispensary on Cleveland next big 5 then come here. I purchased clones and brought them home only to notice powder mildew spots on them. This was not noticable under the lighting in the store. By the next day the powder mildew was very obvious. I would not recommend their Dark Heart clones. The store is nice open space and a great selection of medicine. I would have given a better rating if they had healthy clones available instead of diseased ones. read more

First time doing a curbside pickup, and no one came to the car for 5 minutes so I called then talked with Steve. he came out and asked for ID and form of payment. When I asked Steve what the total was. He said he had no clu, he then started explaining how that most customers just give him the payment. I then told Steve this was my first time here and was just making sure what the total was. Steve seemed very rushed and disinterested in the process. After he left to find out the total another worker named Jenn came out and was super nice. She gave me the total and brought back the order quickly. The person behind the counter who helped me was pretty rude, I had asked if they still had an indica tablet for sleep because I had purchased one in the past. They guy asked how long has it been since I purchased not sure if the store carried something like that, then he remembered one to show me, it was the one I wanted. Great deals, I love that they have a bunch of ounces for only $175 each. Just got a few strains and some edibles yesterday. I've been about five times probably in the past as well. Everyone who works there is always very friendly and willing to chat and help you out with what you're looking for. They have an awesome art section with cool stuff that you can get for fairly cheap prices. I like them better than Mercy in Cotati.
