This place is absolutely the worse dispensary I've ever shopped at. The managers are not professional. They don't know how to stagger their employees breaks to accommodate scheduled deliveries. Their staff is rude about everything under the sun form questions regarding orders to just straight up lying about who's doing what. Avoid this location at all costs. If you got money to burn spend it else where. Brittany is a lazy worker. I understand not knowing a hotels specific lay out or map of the rooms but don't be rude because of your own ignorance. The manager Diego I believe is just as bad. This place needs to do a revamp of its employees and management. I've ran dispensaries and although it's hard work at times unprofessionalism and rudeness isn't something you should experience at a dispensary. It's weed. Smoke a joint and lose the attitude or just get a new job! Bums! Also would like to add that one of my jars had been opened. The seal was broke but upon delivery I wasn't able to check my products due to Brittany's attitude. I'll be contacting the BBB and other resources to report this place. Not only am I unsure if the items I have received have been tampered with but I haven't to throw it away because I don't know what these people may have done to it out of reaction for being held accountable. I have gone to this dispensary from the beginning. I have shopped around to find best deal etc etc. there are allot of dispensaries carrying the same or similar products, so finally the most important thing comes down to customer service and how you treat your clients. It's rate, but on the occasion I've had a faulty product I've had other dispensaries tell me there's nothing they can do to exchange or give money back, but Sparc goes above and beyond to keep their clients happy. Highly recommended, especially if you are a vape cartridge user. Sometimes those things can be faulty. Sparc will absolutely take care of you. I can only speak for myself but the number of issues with the website is unreal. Inventory issues. Glitches preventing ordering. Wrong items being delivered. Deliveries taking 21 hours. Poor customer service at times. Charges hitting my bank a week and a half later (on a debit transaction? And no call back as promised) then there is a great deal of indifference. The customer service rep, Synthia is great through. Very helpful, very nice and genuinely enjoys helping people. She might deserve a raise. Very limited inventory when I visited in May. Cannabis only, so if you show up wanting a pipe or lighter, next to nothing to offer. If you are visiting from out of town via airplane you can't have accoutrements or product so this is no place to stock up. It does feel safe there, even though nearby you find unhoused folks. Fun fact: my mother recommended this place. There is no membership required, but you will be ID'd at the door. I went to Sparc last weekend with a couple of friends who wanted to buy some pre-rolls. As we walked in, I heard the guy who checks IDs tell his Latino coworker to stay nearby because he might need him for "translation". OK, racist. I'm not even Latino! Anyway, I looked around the store and saw they sold the PBR High Seltzers that I love so I decided to buy one. When I got to the register, the cashier told me they only accept cash or debit cards. My total was about $6. I asked if I could pay with my debit card. The cashier told me that he was going to charge my card $10 and give me the change back in cash. I was confused but said OK. After leaving the store, I got a notification from my Apple Pay saying my debit card was charged $13. I looked at my receipt and saw at the very bottom that they charged me a $3 "Convenience Fee". I was never told I would be charged an extra fee if I payed with my debit card. Had I known that, I would've paid cash. And to make things worse, my bank also charged me a $3 "Non-Wells Fargo ATM Transaction Fee" for that purchase. So basically I paid $6 in fees to buy something that cost $6. I know some people will say it's just $6, but it's the principle! You should never charge a customer for something without letting them know first and getting their consent. I am writing this review to warn people about Sparc's shady business practices. I will never shop there again. read more

I always have such an amazing experience at Sparc in Sonoma!!!! I can't say enough good things about the staff and their products!! I have been a medical cannabis patient for over 30 yrs but have used cannabis for over 55 yrs and have been to almost all the dispensary's in the Bay Area. When I first moved here in 2015 there was no where for me to get my meds here in Sonoma and the ones I found 30 to 40 minutes away were so expensive and not good quality so I used to have to drive all the way to Berkeley to get my meds. I am so grateful to have a dispensary right here in town! The place is very nice , organized and clean!!!! But the best part is the customer service and the manager McKenna who is top notch and her staff are all so accommodating and they have helped me out more then I can express. Their prices are better then I have ever found in 55 yrs and they have a rewards program that is great!! Oh and they also welcome my dog with open arms!! I want to adopt them all!!!! read more

Terrible business practices. They have a discount program based on dollar for dollar sales rewards. At $300 you receive a 15% discount. I purchased a bunch of items and used my 15% discount for them. Upon returning home I realized that I forget to get some more items that my wife wanted. I returned to the store 30 minutes later and was told that my 15% discount was used up at the earlier visit and could no longer be applied. When I explained that I was just in and forgot to purchase the additional items, the 15% discount was still not allowed. This is no way to build loyalty. SPARC is the spot to go! If you're a bit clueless like myself, the staff here is so incredibly helpful and will take all the time you need to help direct you in the proper direction when picking out which products to try. They have a private parking lot with plenty of space which is nice. There's a line from time to time, but once you're in it's easy and painless. During the shelter in place, I placed my order online, buying a cartridge and a few other goodies. Once I arrived, I waited in a short line, showed my id, and they came back and provided me my purchase. When I got home I realized that the cartridge I bought was the completely wrong size. I had noticed it didn't mention anything about sizing on the website nor was there a picture of the cartridge itself. I called SPARC and let them know my situation. I honestly wasn't expecting anything, given the situation these days of covid-19. Thank goodness they were so kind and understanding, offering to switch it out for me since they had mistakenly not provided a proper picture or explanation on the website. I went right back and they switched it out for me even though I know they'd have to throw it away since I took it home. I was being watched the entire time, and there was a man just standing and watching my transaction; I'm sure it was for security reasons and to make sure that the customer service was there, but man- it was a little too much. I liked my products, however the cream I purchased was defective- the pump was broken. I called and the guy was nice, but said I would have to wait a week because they are currently out of the product. I get it, but it's frustrating. I much preferred Solful in Sebastopol. read more

The people here are nice and they have a good selection. My problem was with prices and fees. I expected their prices to include tax because they are a few dollars more expensive than other dispensaries I've visited in the area, but no, the prices do not include tax. They told me they take debit, but then they charge a $3 debit fee. They have to round up to the nearest $5 for the transaction and return the difference in change (which is fine) but THEN my bank charged a $2.50 ATM fee for this purchase. So I paid $5.50 in fees to purchase items that were more expensive here than other shops in the area. Like I said, nothing wrong with the service or selection and I know a lot of businesses are struggling financially right now but fees like that add up for the consumer. I guess my advice would be to pay in cash. read more

I wish I could give this place a better review, but in comparison to their competition, they aren't competing. This location is convenient to me, but I'd rather drive 15 extra minutes to shop. Low supply and high prices are a great deterrent for me. The excuses are getting old. If I can pay $5-10 less at other locations there's a problem. Instead of blaming congressmen try adjusting your business practices to compete with your competition. Anybody with a brain knows that calling state reps to get taxes lowered is about as productive as staring at the sun to improve eyesight. Staff is always very friendly, but sadly I don't see a future for this place unless customer experience improves. There has to be a benefit to paying more and I haven't found one here. read more
