Nice little clean dispensary. Pleasing to the eye and nose. Just the slightest cannabis aroma inside. Carries a smaller selection of products than the other big dispensaries in Santa Rosa. What Jane does carry is the better quality products. The live plant babies and teens looked super healthy. I'll return to buy plant or two for this year's backyard crop. Nice folks, all of them. I bought a bottle of Mary's Medicinal's tincture. Great sleep aid. Prices are average. Every day there is a different sale on specific products. Price discounts for senior citizens and military veterans. I'm both, so appreciated. I've been a faithful Solful (Sebastopol store) customer for several years. Now that I learned Jane carries the same products that I use my commute mileage has been cut in half. So I will return to Jane. read more

This dispensary just off 101 is clean has very good service and generally has what I'm looking for. Have found that the Kiva Moroccan Mint and Camino Midnight Blueberry are excellent sleep aids without any side effects or grogginess upon wakening. JANE offers a bunch of discounts including Senior, Military, Veterans etc. Also 20% for your first purchase and there is also a loyalty program. Prices are inline with other dispensaries, maybe a tad cheaper. There are certainly other worthy dispensaries in Sonoma County. JANE is a good one and convenient for us to get to. read more

I used to like this place and have written good reviews in the past and used to frequent the place, enjoying their so called happy hour or sector discount. However. I am a grandma and often in places where i can't smoke pot so i have become a vape cartridge snob, only enjoying the best, Jetty solventless cartridges. I was out of the nice solventless jetty live rosen cart ( white box) that I'd gotten from Soleful, that Jane does not carry, and all they had was the regular solventless blue carts. I only use indica or hybrid, so the only flavor they had was Fatso, a popular flavor that seems to be the only one they ever get, and while i like it, i wanted to try something new. My mistake trusting the sales man's opinion and getting the solventless himalaya cart which did not match at all. It was very hard to suck off of, and when i finally got something it tasted terrible to me. Because there was a lady in front of me in line exchanging something, and because other dispensaries i frequent do honor returns, like Sparc, soleful, Beekind, Phenotopia, and others, i thought oh they're probably following the trend, and took the risk on the $50 unsatisfactory himalaya cart. When i came back next day to make the exchange, the morning Manager told me they can't do it unless there is a problem with the cart, an old policy no longer followed by other dispensaries. I told him that It was very hard to suck on, and tasted unsatisfactory ( felt like i was sold because i told the sales man i was willing to buy the Fatso again if he told me it was still the best option over the himalaya, but he said he thought I'd like Himalaya and encouraged me to buy it. A customer asking questions expects the sales staff to really know their stuff and wants to be recommended best option, which did not happen.) Anyway, the manager said, no that doesn't qualify. I said do you realize i used to frequent this place alot and my business has gone way down with you all, and that i will probably write a bad review? I said aren't you trying to be competitive with other dispensaries? You don't want my business? He did not care. I will not be back, and i do NOT recommend them. I would like to add that I am in business, and understand sales, and that was just uncalled for to do nothing to retain my business. And with a wasted $50 like that, it makes them exorbitantly expensive. I'd also like to ad that I am in a consumer sales industry and I make a point of really understanding my clients needs and having them met to retain business. I can only guess that the manager has been trained to behave like this by the owners?? read more

Gorgeous interior, well designed laid back friendly (and fun!), unpretentious staff, and more products than I'm used to seeing anywhere. Best parking I've found anywhere. I was treated like an old, good friend who needed help. l live a few blocks from 2 wonderful dispensaries with an amazing staff, but I feel more at home/at ease at this dispensary so will drive the extra miles to do my business there. The manager there could not have been more kind, patient, and understanding with my needs. I felt like a person here, not just a customer. At my age, I need that!! read more

My favorite dispensary in Santa Rosa, they have the best deals, prices, and products from my experience. Their staff works like an amazing team, you check in with a security, then an employee upfront, which they then transfer you to budtenders on the floor. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming, they even offer discounts for college students! read more

Went in today and wasn't feeling the vibes. The young lady helping me was of good service, but other than that I felt put off right from the start. I gave two stars because their product prices are fair, but good service is probably a bigger part of a profitable business that wants to keep consumers coming back.
