Overall, this is a good store lots of pretty good deals and a wide variety of products. I have…read moregotten clone cutting here a couple of times. Not all their vendors are that good for that. I would call out purple city genetics as not being worthy, especially because they don't provide any information about the strains they sell. I've had varying luck getting cuttings from them because some of them go immediately to bud when you take them home due to the light cycle shock. Two out of six of mine did that recently. I went back and complained and they gave me one cutting in return. I think they should've given me two to be honest, but I digress. The cutting business is very lucrative and they should make adjustments for the obvious issues that can easily arise. If someone takes the time to come back and discuss what happened and make that official - honor that it's not a lot to ask to keep a customer frankly. Chao is very nice and helpful. She actually knows her stuff and is on your side as a customer. It's only because of her I'm still a customer there. I think their policy on the clones stinks to be honest. I understand a lot of people mishandle them, but the situation where they sell a clone that you cannot possibly grow successfully is different.

They don't just try to sell you anything. The manager Colin is awesome! First time I've been helped by him. This place is absolutely the worse dispensary I've ever shopped at. The managers are not…read moreprofessional. They don't know how to stagger their employees breaks to accommodate scheduled deliveries. Their staff is rude about everything under the sun form questions regarding orders to just straight up lying about who's doing what. Avoid this location at all costs. If you got money to burn spend it else where. Brittany is a lazy worker. I understand not knowing a hotels specific lay out or map of the rooms but don't be rude because of your own ignorance. The manager Diego I believe is just as bad. This place needs to do a revamp of its employees and management. I've ran dispensaries and although it's hard work at times unprofessionalism and rudeness isn't something you should experience at a dispensary. It's weed. Smoke a joint and lose the attitude or just get a new job! Bums! Also would like to add that one of my jars had been opened. The seal was broke but upon delivery I wasn't able to check my products due to Brittany's attitude. I'll be contacting the BBB and other resources to report this place. Not only am I unsure if the items I have received have been tampered with but I haven't to throw it away because I don't know what these people may have done to it out of reaction for being held accountable. Shame on yall. Guessing someone wanted a little nug for themselves.

I go in show my state id- get accused of having a fake state ID from Illinois so I showed my drivers license, again got told they were fake and they will take them. I said they are not fake and I will argue with you because I just got those ((the real id)) so I showed my residence card and AGAIN HES NOT SURE (totally understandable) eventually he lets me go in. I totally get it it's fine but then My wife comes in, gets let in no problem. We are walking around and Then same asshole with a bandana around his head comes up and says my wife's id is fake WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT. They bring some other ass hole up to look at her I'd again- he says they won't take it bc it's fake. Even tho we r married have the same address and her parents are in the car who can also verify. If I'm using a fake ID I would make myself younger her than 31 and my wife younger than 27. She GOT TURNED AWAY I should've taken my buisness elsewhere but we are on a time crunch. Imagine the trouble we would've gone tru to get the exact same fake id. As I'm walking around I feel like this place is probably actually selling to minors and recently got caught, the transaction even felt sketchy. I go look at their reviews- horrible. And yelp tells me they are an unverified licensed buisness.i regret my purchase and will stay away from the chain in general. Wish I could give zero stars. Please look up the Illinois ID and make your staff familiar with their IDs. The guy said they have an emblem on the id that does not exist in any other of our family members ID. Guess All 6 of us have fakes. They sell scanners to verify and they also sell books with all the state IDs I would know because I'm a bartender and have to check IDs constantly. Flipping dicks. Wish I could've gotten their names. The girl was the only kind one.
