I had the opportunity to visit this gorgeous dispensary for the first time. It's newly opened locations in Cotati is gorgeous. I was very impressed with the beautiful mural and the instagramable background. The natural light and huge floor space made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They had a vast selection of cannabis flower, tinctures, edibles, beverages, gourmet treats. Try their amazing macaroons. So delicious! Absolute garbage. Bought some of their "top shelf og" and it's legit old garbage. Oxidized and wasn't even good to begin with. Place is nice and the guy that worked there was cool, but who cares if u sell old dog shit and u literally call is top shelf. This was what unsaid was ur best and most expensive indoor . I have been a customer here exclusively for the last 2 months now, and have had great service on multiple visits. Sam was assisting me in my last shop and he was very helpful. On one occasion, I was charged $2 more than the sticker price. I brought this to the attention of Shanice. She went above and beyond to make this right, explained the cause of the issue and was prompt with a solution. Layout on the inside is very unique, product is on a shelf rather than locked away in a display case. It's much easier to shop. I wish there was no service fee for Debit cards, but it seems to be industry standard. There are many reasons I have moved my business to Jane. I feel the staff provides a very personal touch. Cannabis has been in my life for decades and it took one visit to Jane---one visit--- and talking to the most knowledgeable, educated, experienced and kind human being I have met in a very long time, Zachary! One visit and he asked questions and actually LISTENED to me and what I was saying and what I needed and he recommended the best cannabis products I've probably ever had...not only did he get me what I needed and it really did exactly what I told him I needed it to do! Don't take recomdations and don't believe there 8ths look the same as the half 0Z, would not recomd Jane Dispensary as they don't have the best quality and seems that they price thier products are and then say at 4 20% for happy hour. For example, you can buy a high supply for $50 at most Dispensary, but at Jane Dispensary, they charge $60, which is a 20% mark up unless you came during happy hour. I Have had good experiences before but it's hit n miss. Constantly miss priced items on their website. I've ordered their markdown items several times and got a call to tell me that I'm unable to place the order because their "not running that promo" or "I have to buy full priced items to make the purchase" after I was already on my way and they had sent me confirmation on the order/was packaged and ready for pickup. There wasn't anywhere on the site that said anything about any deals or that it was a buy one get the promo. They should really be more clear and update their website because they have the same layout at some other local dispensary's but competitors can actually get the pricing on their sight correct and obviously display promo deals on the main page. I'm curious that if this is a consistent problem why isn't it getting fixed very inconvenient in my opinion. Probably won't be going back to this dispo. read more
