I'm not sure what it is... but it happens every time I contact this company whether I'm talking to them over the phone trying to make an order, even at the counter or getting a delivery at my front door... something unusual is going on with this place. All of the employees are awesome! I think it's a reflection on the owner. Every time I've spoken to someone on the phone or in person....they are friendly, efficient, cordial and totally willing to help. During a delivery, somebody turns up at my door with my order and they are also super friendly, cordial, laid-back, and willing to help. God, I wish so many more businesses were run like this one!! Still very fast place to come and grab you needs, but you will have to ask questions in order to fill said needs without spending and arm and a leg. I walked in looking for a pre-ground Oz that I have gotten here before and I was told they didn't carry it but after some deliberation and spending more time talking about products than wanted I was recommended something else which was not nearly as cost effective. I am not saying employees need to go out of their way to help customers but it seems that they may be trying to upsell customers rather than understanding the customers request. read more

However, I will say their prices are crazy high in my opinion. However, they are the only dispensary in the area. Extremely disappointed First two times I came in here I got a half ounce of pre-rolls which contained 14 1 g joints. It was a really good deal. The second time I got two of them so I got an ounce and it was about $60. Today I came in and they were out of them and I was trying to get the best deal as possible. I bought this pack of 28 and I was trying to get at least a half ounce. I get home and I opened it up and I realize that I got sold a quarter ounce, there's 28 joints but they're only quarter. So I did pay $73 for a quarter which is like $300 an ounce. This is not a price I can afford being someone that has a very little money. I can't tell you how extremely upset I am that I only got a quarter for that price. If I knew this was a 1/4. I would've never bought it. I was trying to buy at least a half ounce. And I was going over everything with the sales person and explain to them that I wanted to get the best bang for the buck. I will definitely never come back. And I will never ever recommend this to anyone. read more

The staff is awesome but I recently discovered that they charge $5 more than a competitor for the only product I buy at dispensaries. Not sure why they think they have the right to mark up like that. Sadly I've been there twice asked for 1/8 of sativa in the $30 range, something that will give me a strong high. Both times I ended with pot I found very weak, very little effect.. Have been to a couple of the dispensaries in Santa Rosa and had better luck both times but it's a longer drive. Won't go back here again, just don't trust the quality of what they recommend now. read more

Seemed to be a nice place with great people and service. Could not visually inspect products or product sample before purchase. So with salesperson's recommendation I made a purchase. When I got home I opened the package and was not happy. I saw 50% of the product was 1/4" or less in size. The product was dry and a harsh experience. I didn't contact the seller for a refund or exchange. I feel if someone in the cannabis business doesn't know what they're doing they shouldn't be in that business. Time will tell. read more

Stopped here on the way up to Eureka with my brother and wanted to grab a few cannabis items. I'm a Florida resident so I was buying recreationally and the check in process was super quick and easy. This ended up being the perfect stop. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a friendly front desk associate and security guard who helped check us in. Once we got to the back, we had a really great employee help us out and answer all our questions. I told him we didn't have much time to spend and were sorta in a rush, so he quickly checked us out and was so nice & informative! He even gave me his lighter when I said I didn't have one!
