It's very nice to have a dispensary closer than santa rosa, the budtenders were definitely helpful and they have a fairly good selection. But I really only take edibles and I'm not wowed yet by their offerings. They have the same proof capsules that I've seen other places, I highly recommend against those. But the budtenders working said they constantly get in new products and it's a new business so I'll definitely be going back. It's a nice clean and cute place and not intimidating for people who might be new to the weed scene, which is important to me even though I've been going to dispensaries for 5 years now. I dont like pretentious places that try to keep people out or embarrass them, which is more common in the city. read more

I'm rating this place 1 star because there's no option to rate it 0. I don't appreciate my experience and the way I was treated. It was my first time visiting, I didn't even know Petaluma had a dispensary I was thrilled to check it out. On 01-18-22 at 7:40ish As soon as I got there the customer service was awful and it all started with the owner Jaime. I got there parked got out of my car and there was a man carrying a package or some sort of box inside I was literally like 3 steps behind him Jaime opened the door up for him and shut it right in my face. I thought (rude) but continued to go inside, I wasn't even greeted, welcomed or anything I was the one that had to initiate the conversation and say "hey it's my first time here I don't know how this works" handed them my ID to some lady while the security guard was sitting beside her stood there while my information was being submitted. The security guard then proceeded to tell me "you can go shop, I'll bring you your ID once she's finished. I shopped got what I needed and left completely forgot about my ID because it was suppose to be brought to me and never was. I realized it once I didn't see it on my phone wallet That I purposely bought to not lose my cards. The following day I went at around the same time as the previous day to get my ID because it couldn't be anywhere else that's the only place I'd gone to that day once I got off work I headed straight there and home didn't leave my house again until I had to head to work. So I went asked for my ID and before looking they said they didn't have it. The security guard that was there the day it got lost wasn't there it was a different security guard so I clearly couldn't ask him but the lady that was filling my info was there and she proceeded to basically call me a liar saying I went back and got it why would I got get it if it was suppose to be brought to me I payed and I said bye and left. They were very unprofessional the owner should of asked for my name and number right away in case it's found but she continued to argue there's nothing, then finally she writes my name down after going back and forth and I spell it out for her and I clearly see her misspelling it and just writing whatever down so I could leave. The name really fits this place because it's real down under for me like 6ft deep under ground. I would rather buy spice from a crackhead in the street then support a places that doesn't serve their values and treats their customers like dirt. I encourage you to shop elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to worst enemy. read more
