Saturdays are by appointment only. surprise again! my card expired on Saturday, so i had hoped to renew. i guess i'll just have to go in again on Monday. i just wish this information had been updated on this site, so i didnt waste a trip to Antioch. but other than these small missteps, i really like the convenience of the clinic. and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. i probably could have avoided my slight problem by calling first. lesson learned.

I never understood the reason nor the cause I was just dropped. After thinking about it for quite a long time I decided to just file the experience away under "I don't understand WTF just happened" it was pretty jarring and confusing. At the time I was recovering from a layoff that had occurred the day before so who knows perhaps the universe was just taking a dump that week and happened to get caught in the middle.
