I was really swindled. I called and asked to reorder the same chewable I've ordered from them on many occasions. My usual order is for 10 mg THC. The woman said no problem however we don't have that flavor I'll have to switch it to a different flavor. I said no problem, they delivered the product, it was a revised flavor but both packets were only 5 mg each. I called and explained the error and ask for them to exchange it. That response was no deal, we can't take back any products. I said you don't need to take it back just exchange it for my normal order of 10 mg. They refused and actually told me all I had to do was take two gummies instead of one. Fine, then refund half my money. Again no deal. There are lots of other delivery cannabis companies in this area, I will never use them again and suggest you don't either. read more

Second time ordering from Moonflower. Both times were very good. Today I got delivery on 4/20 and they hooked me up like a tow truck. I ordered 3 products and they blessed me with me with some extras. Thanks Moonflower read more

Tried Moonflower because they offered a product nice guys didn't carry. Very good customer service. They don't promote discount for first time buyer or ate 55+ discount but the delivery guy confirmed they DO offer these discounts. So ask! read more

If you find yourself in Marin and are looking for an excellent delivery service to help you get medicated, look no further. These guys are excellent. I called them to make sure they delivered to my location spoke with both Anthony and Juan who made sure that they could get to me, even though the system initially wouldn't let me put the order through. These guys were thorough, helpful, and really just good people to deal with. My delivery driver Kevin got my order to me earlier than expected and from start to finish this was an A+ experience. As a new customer they hooked me up with a 25% discount and I was able to get a few bogo deals. This is an awesome service and I highly recommend using them if you are in the area. 10/10 recommend and I will use them again next time I am back this way. read more

Moonflower Delivery - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me

I just love Moonflower Delivery. From their great products, friendly drivers and informative staff they are hamds down the best delivery service I have used. The best part is you know exactly when your delivery will arrive and being in Sonoma that is not always the case with other companies. I only have 2 windows for delivery which makes it easier to know but I can't say enough about the delivery map...it tells you exactly where your delivery driver is and when they arrive. They also carry one of the best prerolls out there with the Stiizy Liiit line...hands down the best preroll out there right now. As for flower I would like to see them carry more of the kings garden product line as it is a favorite of mine and not alawys in stock. I imagine it is a favorite to many...I am usially dissapointed when it is not in stock as I am a terp whore and that line just grows quality, flavorful flowers. Keep up the good work Moonflower and I will stay loyal for ever!!! read more

I think Moonflower Delivery offers incredible customer service. They are helpful in many ways. I love that they deliver with a polite driver. I think Moonflowers offers its customers a very fast turn around time. Their products are clean and Moonflowers is a cut above other marijuana delivery businesses,. I highly recommend them. Moonflowers is eliable, competent, and friendly. I highly recommend Moonflowers. read more

Terrible customer service. Recieved a return call only AFTER my 3rd attempt to call during business hours, followed by a come to Jesus text about their unprofessional behavior. Recently was told to call back for delivery on a holiday, only to now hear they are closed and would "happily" help me out on the following Monday. No confidence that, that would even happen either. Shop around, products are more or less the same, but shotty service is less tolerable when you've gotta chase them down. ‍ read more

Huge selection but most importantly the filters make it easy to find what you're looking for. Easy to track the delivery driver and great customer service when I had a glitch with a promo code. read more

I was delighted that we have delivery in Marin since there are no brick and mortar stores for recreational purchase. The website has some occasional glitches but the selection is good, prices are comparable with the stores I used to drive to in Sonoma. The people I've interacted with seem to like what they're doing and delivery time is usually within 2 hours of ordering. I recommend this to any local cannabis user. read more

Excellent products and quality service. I've adored every staff member who I've met on delivery. They're lovely, kind people and their prices are extremely fair. Highly recommend! read more

Love this company! Super sweet workers all the way around. They delivered to me and accidentally forgot one of my items so they told me they'd bring it back right away. There was a mix up between the deliverer and the phone number system (the deliverers don't actually get your really phone #, it's like a middle man phone # if that makes sense) and so he wasn't able to get ahold of me. He was downstairs w my missing item and i had no idea. Eventually the company called me and we straightened it all out. They offered me a certain percentage off of my next purchase, which i really appreciated. I was able to meet up with my delivery man and receive my missing item and then he personally offered to throw in a discount and a free item on my next purchase. Everyone i encountered was really nice and proactive which I greatly appreciated. Plus all products I purchased were dope af! read more

Was tired of poor customer service from my old delivery service at Flowsent. I buy everyday and very loyal if you have top shelf flower consistently but I felt like I was bugging them and treated me like I was getting for free and we know that's not the case lol!! Along cake moonflower and just knocked my socks off with customer service and super friendly operators and drivers and very fast delivery times with bomb top shelf flowers!! Keep it up guys!!! read more

Moonflower is one of the best in the Bay Area. They have a wide variety of the highest quality product, all priced at a reasonable rate. All it takes is a few clicks on my phone or computer and 20 minutes later a staff member is at my front door. Ordering from here has been the best experience I've had with any delivery service or storefront and they're only getting better as time goes by! read more

Appreciate the higher quality products at a fair price....on time delivery and knowledgeable advice on strains when asked.

Reliable delivery time estimate, great product selection, and the most helpful/friendliest staff from customer support to drivers.

there is an issue with their website which does not apply the delivery fee. Ordered today. when delivered the driver told me my order was $10 more than the order total per the website Order confirmation. I was told the difference was due to delivery fee. The website order confirmation stated FREE delivery. Moonflower says this was miscommunication. I call it misrepresentation. I will not purchase from them again. read more

Ok so let me say first this company has 5 stars for a reason. They not only have outstanding customer service and hospitality. But they also have amazing communication and are very professional. I have purchased from them 4 different times now. One of the main reason are the deals they offer. If you look at their site they have a different deal everyday of the week. 2 of my favorites are fire Friday and saucy Saturday. Fire Friday you receive 15% off on all top shelf flower 8ths. They have a nice variety of top shelf 8ths as well. The other saucy Saturday you receive 15% off all concentrates on the site. Both of those deals have kept me coming back again and again. They also have a 20% off everything on the site sale every single full moon. So that is a once a month 20% off sale anything on the site. No other delivery service in the north bay offers these kinds of deals. I have purchased from 6 other delivery dispensary's and none of them carry the same quality products at the same cheap price moon flower does. Like I said you just haft to buy what you want on the rite day of the week. Check them out I promise you will not be disappointed. read more

So glad I found them. Great selection, easy to use website. Oder online or by phone. They're super nice over the phone and on deliveries. Very helpful with all my questions and concerns. Very professional, super punctual. They always show up when they're supposed to. They're the best! read more
