This place is absolutely the worse dispensary I've ever shopped at. The managers are not…read moreprofessional. They don't know how to stagger their employees breaks to accommodate scheduled deliveries. Their staff is rude about everything under the sun form questions regarding orders to just straight up lying about who's doing what. Avoid this location at all costs. If you got money to burn spend it else where. Brittany is a lazy worker. I understand not knowing a hotels specific lay out or map of the rooms but don't be rude because of your own ignorance. The manager Diego I believe is just as bad. This place needs to do a revamp of its employees and management. I've ran dispensaries and although it's hard work at times unprofessionalism and rudeness isn't something you should experience at a dispensary. It's weed. Smoke a joint and lose the attitude or just get a new job! Bums! Also would like to add that one of my jars had been opened. The seal was broke but upon delivery I wasn't able to check my products due to Brittany's attitude. I'll be contacting the BBB and other resources to report this place. Not only am I unsure if the items I have received have been tampered with but I haven't to throw it away because I don't know what these people may have done to it out of reaction for being held accountable. Shame on yall. Guessing someone wanted a little nug for themselves.

I don't even remember the staff at Mt Shasta collective because they sell phenomenal weed at great prices, so don't tell me that being in the sticks is a reason to pay $50 (bland/stale, partially pre-flattened, small nugs) and $40 (bland/stale, partially pre-flattened, tiny, not so dense buds) eighths that kinda remind me of Mexican brick weed. Both of these eighths were products of Russian River Farms, which seems to be the main supplier of this place. I'm not looking forward to rolling or smoking this stuff, but I'm open to being impressed if it burns clean and hits smoothly, which it probably won't. I haven't felt the need to use a digital scale since I switched from pour overs to K-cups until now. I could be wrong, but I'm having trouble accepting that these eighths actually weigh 3.5 grams. Update I rolled a joint of this stuff yesterday. When I finished smoking it, I went to look for the herb grinder that I'd used, and it was in the shower crying. It's been in there since yesterday, and, it won't talk to me or even make eye contact.

BRING CASH. The selection is good, they have some good values, discounts, nice staff but don't use…read moreyour ATM. They impose unreasonable (my opinion) fees to use an ATM. They charge $1.00 in what they call a "cashless ATM" fee in addition to a $2.50 ATM fee clearly posted on the register. The budtender told me the $1.00 Cashless ATM fee was imposed by the state--it's not. It's a voluntary fee set by the vendor to somewhat offset the fees their banks charge them and so they can kind of bypass certain taxes (you can Google it) which, it seems is pretty common with some dispensaries. Here's what happens: To classify themselves in a particular way they have to charge the $1.00 "Cashless ATM" Fee. The $2.50. ATM fee is entirely determined by the shop. Then they round up to the nearest $10 dollars, charge you that, and split the difference by giving you back the difference in cash or the greater of $2.50. It's weird and convoluted. My regular place charges $1 to use an ATM for purchase. That seems fair. This feels weird and like being over charged in fees by $1.00 or $2. Just keep this in mind and bring cash.
