Absolute gem of a restaurant. Ramen was delicious but my favorite was the rice bowls. The pork was cooked to perfection and the sauce flavored everything wonderfully. Would recommend the side order of kimchi as well - made in house! Staff were super friendly and would recommend this shop to anyone.

Kimchi

The ramen was so great! We enjoyed it and loved it. The Kimchi is so tasty. We get level of spicy, it was amazing. This is the best ramen in London .

Good ramen. Will be better if they have more appetizer options. Very close to British museum. Dine in and out are available.

Good selection here!

Early dinner makes it way to get comfort food that's super reasonable. Small shop hold about 35 people Easy access off street. Staff greets you and hand a menu to you. Water served without asking. We ordered Miso and Menya Ramen , regular cooked noodles is something you can ask. Wooden chopsticks and wooden top tables add to decor. The highlight is the perfect sized wooden broth spoon!

First time here. Staff weren't Japanese though but still, was pleasantly surprised. Simple menu, average service, noodles were tasty but we did wonder about MSG content. Presentation of seafood ramen was epic, but unfortunately couldn't really get into the crab without a cracker and the mussel was really chewy. You're looking at £9.50 - £14.50 price range. (Seafood ramen was £13.50) Cash only.

Great ramen with tons of flavor! We went here for lunch right after visiting the British Museum. It's a small restaurant with some seats outside and several inside. They have several traditional options and spicy ramen offerings. I ordered the kimchi ramen with pork and my husband got the traditional ramen. The pork is to die for! The ramen comes with a good size piece of pork that is tender and falls apart, adding great flavor to your bowl. The kimchi in mine added some spiciness and zing. The noodles are nice although not homemade. The broth is silky and flavorful and I couldn't finish it all! The prices here are also affordable at around 11 Euros. The service is friendly too!

Not bad, but not my absolute favourite either. Broth for the gyoza ramrn is subtle and a bit salty, so not for the people who love the strong bone broth types. Makes a change though if you want something more subtle. My friend had the karai ramen, and it looked very good. Chashu was very good apparently.

Very good ramen. Perfect place to eat for lunch after going around the British Museum.

It's eatable, but not delicious. The noodle is neither too hard nor too soft, the soup is neither too rich nor too thin, that's good. But all the stuffs didn't taste good.

Seafoood Ramen! If you like spicy dishes you will love this!

Poor service. Rude Korean male staff who did not let us put our stuff on spare chair even though they didn't have customers inside.

The tonkotsu soup is super rich and creamy. Best ramen in London. Right outside of British museum too.

Ramen broth was smooth and silky. Pork belly was delicious and braised with just right bite to it.

If you don't pay attention you may walk past one of the BEST ramen experiences one may ever have…read more The restaurant was unassumingly stacked along all the other offering on Old Street. Upon entry, the staff greeted you warmly and were on point to execute a perfectly designed bowl of ramen for your eating pleasure. I honestly felt guilty from the way I enjoyed my ramen given how much my oldest daughter loves the food. I appreciated how open the staff was to making my bowl "extra" spicy and adding yet another egg even though it wasn't specifically on the menu but satisfied my particular desire. What added to the "realness" of the resturant was the steady flow of what seemed to be true ramen experts coming in and navigating the scene, menu, and food at lightning speed with even better eating results. If ramen is your thing, then you NEED to check out this place. Definitely one of the top spots for Ramen I've been to in all my travels. Sorry for no pics, but I dove in before I could contain myself, lol.

We ordered the abura soba and the spicy tonkotsu in mild spicy with extra egg and menma (bamboo shoots). The aroma from the broth just fills this place with warmth and calls you in for a fantastic meal - broth or broth less. We'll be frequenting this place a lot more after this discovery. Also, they serve their beers in ice cold cups, so order a pint of asahi with your meal!
