This has been an ongoing issue, and I decided to have the damaged sections replaced instead of repaired. David was prompt to look over the fence and provided me with a fair and reasonable estimate. A week later, David and his crew came to replace the damaged fence, and I could not be any happier with his work. The delay in this review was due to my neighbors being away on vacation, and I was waiting for their reaction to the fence. There are things that left us dissatisfied: ~Timing of the project was not clearly communicated ~Materials/products used were not as we specified ~Workmanship left flaws, scratches and a dent on Iron and uneven finishes to the work In all, David did agree to reduce cost due to the outcome, making our out-of-pocket fixes less of a burden.

The work crew that came were awesome and the poor guys had a hell of a time. Full disclosure, our yard is large but old, with old pipes and a pool as old as the house but no blue prints of where those pipes are. During construction they inadvertently hit the pipes that I had no idea were located, and which they warned me ahead of time could happen. They worked through it all, came up with options and solutions, and were polite and energetic in the execution of it. I cannot say enough about those guys and I really appreciated their work. Some things just cannot be helped, but it's how a company and it's crew react - and they were all awesome. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again at some point in time. This allowed our dogs to constantly escape and cruise around to talk to other dogs. I emailed on a weekend after catching my dogs down the street chilling with their friend.
