Igor was great. He was able to come a week early before the rains which was a huge relief. On top of everything he went above and beyond while being the cheapest of 3 different fence companies. 1- Igor and his workers worked with the neighbor to remove a truckload of old fire wood that was next to the fence and no longer needed. 2- Despite only hired to replace a single side fence Igor was able to same day at a reasonable price add a patch job for our rear fence and Igor not only did a great job fixing the whole in the fence they replaced a few of the old broken boards with spare boards at no extra cost just to make the back fence look better. For great service, quality work and a price to beat Build Rite is your fence contractor of choice. It is not an easy decision...who to hire for such a large and expensive project. I received five quotes for my fence job, four of them from 5 star companies on Yelp. Igor was not the highest and he was not the lowest, but his bid was very reasonable and I liked his answers to my list of questions. During construction, Igor tolerated my inquiries and my check-ins with grace. He showed up every day when he said he would, did what he said he'd do, and cleaned up everything when they were done. I asked for some last minute changes and he was eager to make me happy. Contacted Igor for a free estimate towards the end of April and when he came and did the estimate it was done in 5 minutes. The fence contractor he went with came over to my house for a small job that was only about 8 feet of fence plus a new swing gate/door on my side yard. His quote seemed ridiculously high!!
