Stopped by menchie's for a sweet snack and quickly became a fan! I tried multiple flavors like gingerbread, dove, cheesecake, and pure chocolate. The cheesecake was definitely on the top and had me coming back again and again. The Gingerbread flavor was good but extremely overpowering and coats all other flavors in the cup so Id recommend getting it separately if you try it. The dove chocolate and strawberry were good as well. The pure chocolate was the only bad flavor. It was filled with chunks and resembled the texture and taste of dirt. Id recommend every other flavor. As for the toppings, there was a good variety with options like cheesecake bites, popping boba, brownie bites, fruit, and chocolates like butterfingers, peanut m&ms, gummy bears, and much more. All the toppings I tried all tasted fresh and were NOT stale which I was very pleased with. The prices were very reasonable as well. Filling the cup to the top brought the total to about $12 which was a steal! And the place itself is cute and small & service was nice and simple. read more

The staffs are very friendly. Greet the customers when they walk in. The store is a little small compared to other locations. Maybe limited selection of the flavors? Since the weather is getting hot nowadays, the business is doing very well. Therefore, sometimes there might be line. read more

It was freezing but we went to get Menchie's anyway. I love that the flavors constantly change but they keep some of them, like the original, all the time. Noticed walking in that there's some kind of motion sensor detector that makes a sound every time someone walks in but the sensor is either in a weird spot or faulty because it just kept beeping even if no one was entering/leaving but it's pretty close to the cashier so maybe it was detecting the people paying? Sucks to work there and constantly hear that! We got our yogurt and added all the toppings we wanted although I noticed that they barely had any toppings left when we went. Might be nice to have another worker on the side to constantly refill these since there were quite a bit of customers coming in. Most were empty but luckily we only wanted strawberries which had barely any left. We waited in line to pay but the cashier had to step out to refill the water bottles for another customer. Seemed like he was the only one working there? Didn't take long tho! Just felt a little bad. i love free samples. why did all the froyo places near me discontinue the free samples after covid and never bring them back. this makes menchies an automatic five stars. i sampled a few that i liked but i ended up getting dole whip, mango something and blueberry popping boba. i was a bit full af with my panda express so i knew i wasn't going to get that much. i was intrigued with the blueberry because i have never seen that flavor of popping boba and it was actually pretty good. my friend heard this white guy pronounce tajin as cajun but with a t and that was funny af. overall an awesome yogurt place. much better than the one my friend works at SMH! read more

Popped in recently and tried the non-dairy options, lemon sorbet all the way a fav! I was taken aback that this popular location doesn't carry as many non dairy options as my local Menchie's in Van Nuys... but loved the variety of toppings. The kind guy who rang us up was really helpful. It's pretty easy to only spend 3 to 5 bucks on a reasonable sized cup and toppings or glob on quite a bite and not even break 8. I definitely prefer Menchie's to Yougurtland... just step up your vegan friendly options please with carob chips on top!!! Some tables in and outside this location and never seems as busy as Voodoo Doughnuts (which is amazing and right next door just before Menchie's). Definitely a nice spot for froyo on a sunny day before, after or in-between city walk merriment. read more

I had family in town recently and took them around City Walk, where we experienced a short visit inside Menchie's. It's exactly what we expected as most of Menchie's locations are consistently good. The store is clean, employees are friendly, and they have proper COVID signage and protocols. I would definitely stop in again if I'm at City Walk. read more

Menchie's is brand new to City Walk. It replaced Yogurtland. Personally, I really loved Yogurtland, but i think Menchie's is just as good. It's located next to Voodoo Doughnuts on the opposite side of where the theme park entrance is. When I walked in, the staff was really friendly. Everything is new, so it was pretty clean. The iced coffee flavor was SOOOO GOOD. Not that sweet, which i like. The toppings looked fresh and not stale, which i highly appreciate. I will definitely be coming back soon. read more

I love Menchie's but this location is far from the best. It's clean, but since they're located in the high rent district that is Universal CityWalk, prices are crazy high and they have too many customer-unfriendly policies. For example, they have just regular peanuts instead of the more expensive almonds that most other locations have in stock. This location also refuses to accept your Menchie's rewards, so that means you can't redeem Smile points nor accrue them with your purchases. That's totally lame, so I won't give this Menchie's my business again. read more

Yogurtland was better when it was here. Half the toppings were empty, and my daughter said their cookie dough bits were gross. They do have chocolate covered strawberries as a topping, but on the whole, there's nothing to distinguish Menchie's from other yogurt joints. And yes, it was near closing when we stopped in, but this location was pretty messy. We only popped in because the line was so long for Voodoo. With so many other places to get a sweet treat at CityWalk, you should probably skip this place. read more

This review is of a lovely lady named Milan who works at this location. My son and I visited this location on President's day. Universal theme park was completely packed so we had to bail on the theme park. The only thing he wanted was Menchies in lieu of missing out on rides.
