This item was their best deal for a snack as it was about $10 and with the discounted season pass about $8 or so. It was cheaper than the mushrooms and drinks here. Also less fattening and less unnatural ingredients. I thought service was average and to be fair, isn't a pleasant job. The ambiance is cute and nice to look at. Great interior and exterior design throughout. The overall appeal and decoration were spectacular more or less. Good meal to have to keep you from getting lightheaded in this heat. For some reason, always crowded with tourists and locals. The lines even on a Friday morning were ridiculous. However, the lines even for this place was sort of okay. I rate the following below: 1-up mushroom 3/5, it was a unique looking hot pocket more or less Pretzel with dipping sauce 4/5, better value better taste simple and came with three decent sauces to overcome this bland taste by itself of a pretzel. Carlos gave us a few samples and was happy with us taking our time deciding. He pointed out the chocolates dipped waffles cones are not vegan but the plain ones are. I am forever grateful that Ben and Jerry's continually produces incredible vegan flavors. Many shops don't have such a variety. We tried the vegan versions of key like pie, cookie dough, strawberry and there was a coffee one I didn't try. They also had dairy free sorbets and you can make them into shakes. You order and pay at the cashier stand, and pickup your Butterbeer/treats at the small pickup window to the left. Walking around and eating and drinking is prohibited and discouraged. You can pick up items at the window on the left of the cashier area. There's a limited amount of drinks and a couple of snacks available (churros & Butterbeer Ice Cream!) They offer regular, frozen & hot butterbeers! This cool afternoon called for hot butterbeers! It was a bit sweet for my liking, I only wished Starbucks was open so that I could mix the butterbeer in some coffee. I've had the frozen butterbeer in the Park and really liked it. The hot one was good but a bit sweet. At $8 for a small cup, it's a bit pricy, but a fun experience. Self parking in the structures is complimentary during the beginning stages of opening up after the pandemic while the theme park is closed. We parked in the Jurassic Parking that put us near the middle of CityWalk near Bubba Gump & Jamba Juice.
