Breakfast Burrito

I live the whole feel of this space inside and outside. Patio seating under shade allows for remote working or catching up with friends in fresh air. The staff paid attention to detail and cooked my eggs very well done to order and the food was delicious. Definitely a spot to come back to for brunch!

I visited Melt about a month ago while I was in Cincy on a work trip. A small group of us had a lunch meeting planned and we specifically wanted to go to a healthy-ish spot. Melt was recommended by a friend so Melt it was! There's paid street parking out front as well as a nice patio. Once inside the restaurant is spacious with a ton of seating options, including a long bar, booths, and tables. Here, you place your order at the counter, then take a seat. A server will bring your drinks and meal out once it's ready. The menu does have a lot of healthy options to choose from and I went with the revival bowl and a kombucha. It was a quinoa bowl with carrots, cucumbers, avocado, cashews, and tofu with a peanut and ginger sauce. It was a pretty good size offering for the $12 the cost. I definitely couldn't finish it all. As for the staff, they were nice and attentive throughout our entire visit. I would come back!

The Hoffner on top of the Rachel.

I was delivering food for my volunteer organization and Melt was down the road. I stopped in at 3pm on a Thursday to order something to take home. The guy behind the bar was so lovely and suggested menu items for me (not vegan or vegetarian). I ordered the Rachel and the Hoffner as he said those were his favorites. The place is very cute and comfortable. There were a lot of folks stopping in to pick up food. Both sandwiches were delicious. The smoke on the turkey in the Rachel was perfect. The combo of flavors in the Hoffner was spot on. The salads that came with them were substantial and the dressing was fabulous! I would stop here again the next time I'm in Northside.

I haven't been to Melt in years and their new location is so spacious! We had great service from the cashier and other employees. The vibe is so great here! The food was amazing!!! Lots of oohs and ahhs and mmmhs. The gobbler was so unique and I was very impressed! I also loved the Rachel. What had me closing my eyes in awe was the Carmelita!!!! My god that was heavenly!!

Went for brunch on a Sunday with friends and we had a great time. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. You order at the counter and seat yourself. They bring the food to your table. A lot of vegetarian dishes. The food is fresh and great quality. We'll be back!

Vegan Biscuits & Gravy with an egg

If you're vegan, vegetarian, or just a person or likes good food, you have to check out Melt Revival! I've been here twice now, once for lunch and then for brunch as well. You order at the counter and then grab a seat. Lots of seating options with lots of local art on the walls! The menu isn't huge but the vegan and vegetarian options really shine through. I got the vegan biscuits and gravy today and added an egg on and it was delish! The gravy is full of flavorful mushrooms and was very creamy! My wife got the breakfast burrito which was also super yummy. There is generally a delicious pastry to check out as well! They also have a nice selection of cocktails and drinks at the bar! If you're looking for good food in Northside, check this place out!

Nachos, side salad

A couple colleagues and I had lunch at Melt Revival a couple weeks ago and had a really nice time. I ordered a plate of nachos and the side salad. The side salad was big enough to be a full meal! The nachos were pretty tasty and I would definitely get them again. I think they could use a little something else though. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. The atmosphere is warm and fun and quirky. I am looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu.

Picky eater gang

Pickiest eater ever says "10/10!" But seriously, we came here on a Sunday for their Sunday Brunch Menu, he loved the bfast burrito, I had the philly seitan cheesesteak, and our 3rd smashed the vegan bs and gs. Everyone was ridiculously nice too. Aplus.

We had a great meal at Melt Revival! I am gluten free, so I was excited to see that so many of their menu items were naturally gluten free and that they had gluten free bread available for all their sandwiches! I got the 1/2 salad 1/2 sandwich option with the harvest salad and the hoffner sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious! The creamy goat cheese with the spring mix and vinaigrette was a great combo, and the horseradish with the roast mushrooms and braised brisket on the sandwich was absolutely delectable! 10/10 recommend. Service was fast and cheerful, and the whole vibe of the restaurant was fun!

From out of town we were looking for a vegetarian friendly breakfast spot and found it here. It's a really cute place and has a nice vibe to it. My friend had the biscuits with mushroom gravy and some sort of burrito. While the burrito didn't impress here much, she swooned over the mushroom gravy. After having a little taste myself, I have to agree. I am not a vegetarian, but this gravy was as good as the 'regular' gravy and the biscuits nice and fluffy. I opted for the 2 egg combo and some bacon on the side... I know, I know, but I just can't resist. My highlight were the mimosas... now there is the best way to enjoy orange juice in the morning... for the vitamins, you know....

First time trying kombucha! Mystic Mango flavor!

I've lived in the San Francisco Bay Area years ago and I have to say that Melt Revival brought back my younger days. The ambiance inside was incredibly warm and relaxing for a Sunday Brunch to which I was treating my Pop. From the moment we entered, the service was incredibly welcoming. Now I will admit that my Pop is the vegetarian, while I am not. I will, additionally, find something palatable wherever we go. I even got to experience a first: kombucha! Though, for any who have not tried it, I highly recommend that you NOT shake it, as I did. The results were...messy. The Baja Bowl that I ordered, which I sadly neglected to snap, was a wonderful mix of sweet potato, black beans, and avocado. The home-made salsa and egg included brought the whole dish together. It was extremely delicious from beginning to end. I found my experience quite lovely and look forward to visiting this quaint spot again.

Verde Melt Flatbread

This actually wasn't the exact location I went to, I went to Melt Revival in Factory 52. I got the Verde Chicken flatbread on gluten free crust and it was actually the best thing I've ever tasted. I love how many gluten free options this menu has and how accommodating they are! Factory 52 provides many options and I'm glad Melt Revival is a gluten free option. It was an upbeat atmosphere and a great place to go with friends for a quick bite. Definetly will be going back!!

Vegan Breakfast Burrito Vegan Biscuits and Gravy
Brooke M.

My partner and I stopped by Factory 52 just to try the Melt Test Kitchen. It didn't disappoint at all! The vegan breakfast wrap was full of flavor, jam packed, and delicious. The vegan biscuits and gravy were a little sweet and a lot savory, it went perfectly with the free sample of their warm beet soup they had on special. The spot was super clean and laid back. The service was great and I appreciate the menu knowledge the cashier provided, and they were very patient and kind while I was being super indecisive about what to order. We will definitely be back to try the other vegan goodies on the menu!

Ask the Community - Melt Revival

Is there free parking for customers in the Gantry lot?

There is only street parking and depending on time of day you will have to add money to the parking meters. You can go about a block away and find free street parking

Is there a gluten-free vegan bread available? If so, what kind(s)?

Unfortunately our gluten-free bread is not vegan. It contains milk solids. We are on the look out for vegan and gluten free breads that meet our standards, and as soon as we find one, we will update our menu, website and FB page to let everyone… Read more

The food is outstanding across the board--from the steaks to the cheese sticks--but the real star is their bread pudding. It's absolutely worth the trip from anywhere in the tri-state area. Parking is also easy and convenient, with a garage right across the street, as well as their own lot and additional street parking. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great meal and an even better experience.

They have a charming patio at the back of the interior space as well. I didn't realize they have their own lot, but in case it's full, there is plenty of street parking nearby. The service was excellent. Our server was very attentive and kept drink refills flowing. We ordered the pretzel and beer cheese and the poutine for starters. The pretzel was huge and tasty. I didn't care for the beer cheese, probably because I was expecting a more solid cheese product. I would describe this more as a cream sauce. It didn't seem to have much cheese in it and was very 'liquidy'. Also the ramekin was only half full. If it had tasted better, I would have asked for more, but as it was not, we didn't even finish what was given. I thought it was a bit pricey at $12.95 for one large pretzel. On the other hand, the poutine was fantastic! A very unique take on the dish with a mix of cheese curds (although they reminded me more of pieces of mozzarella sticks), french fries and Andouille cream gravy. I ordered the fish tacos which consisted of Blackened Salmon, Thai Chili Sauce, Black Bean Corn Salsa, Pico de Gallo. My order came with two and they were fantastic! Since Blinkers is known for steaks, I will have to give them another try at dinner time.

After seeing my niece graduate from college, our entire family and guests, all eight of us,…read moredescended on Coppin's restaurant for brunch. Normally, I find hotel food is just okay and nothing special, but Coppin's was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, and our equally pleasant server quickly brought menus and asked what we would like to drink. When it was my turn, I happily ordered Coppin's Old Fashioned. I was the odd man out because everyone else ordered the Spring Manhattan. Judging by how quickly everyone's drinks disappeared, I'd say they were all very tasty. I was a little unsure about mine at first, so to make sure the quality and taste were consistent, I ordered a second, and it definitely was not a mistake. I ordered the B+G biscuits (which are made by hand according to server in the hotel) and gravy with an extra egg. Others at the table chose a variety of dishes, including the CVG, Cobb Salad, Bagel and Lox, and several other selections. Based on the clean plates all around the table, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. My wife ordered a sample of banana bread, and I was fortunate enough to snag a small bite, it was excellent. After we had all finished, everyone agreed that my niece had made an excellent choice for her graduation celebration brunch. As my wife and I made our way back to Louisville, we both commented that we would definitely return the next time we were in Covington.

Going back and forth on stars for this one. Me and around 30 of my coworkers came into town for a…read moretwo day workshop and they got us a room block at this hotel. I ended up being in the North Building and cracked up when I walked into my room and saw I was in one of the Lightwell Lofts (a few of us ended up in them by chance, guess they included them in our room block lol). While the room was super cool and beautiful, there was a lot to be desired. After taking a million photos of the gorgeous room, I quickly realized a major flaw - the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is downstairs, and the staircase between the two is a crazy narrow spiral staircase. As someone that gets up to pee in the middle of the night, having to traverse the spiral stairs was terrifying lol. One of my coworkers actually swapped with someone who had a "normal" room because he was worried about falling down the stairs. My downstairs tv wouldn't turn on. I fiddled with the remote a bit, tried rearranging the batteries, but couldn't turn it on. I used the ipad in the room to put in a maintenance request, but no one came. I figured I would just let the front desk know when I headed out to dinner that night. Hours later, the front desk calls me to see if anyone had come to fix the tv - they hadn't. The girl was very nice and apologetic, she said I sent the request in the middle of a shift change and someone had accidentally marked it as complete. So she said someone would be right up, and he did come up. Handed me a handwritten note and a $25 coupon for Coppin's which was totally unexpected and a very nice gesture. Turned out, he knew exactly what the problem was - he said the remote was broken and he was supposed to swap it out but forgot. Gave me a new remote and all was good. He also mentioned there is a second remote upstairs for that tv. After he left, I went to look for it - there was no second remote. We held our meetings in the Scheper Room, which was also beautiful. The room was absolutely freezing the first day and I'm someone that prefers it a touch colder and was uncomfortable. We had to get them to update the thermostat and then in the afternoon it was way too hot. We had food brought in from the hotel and it was all fine, nothing super memorable. There was soup at lunch but the sign didn't even say what it was - just "chef's choice." The Italian hoagies were way too big and needed to be cut in half, I couldn't even finish half of one. The salad with fruit/pecans/etc was my favorite though. They had the completely wrong password on the tables for the Wifi but thankfully we figured it out quickly that we just had to use the room password. The second day for breakfast, there was yogurt on the menu and even on the sign with all the food - but there was no yogurt. Some of my coworkers were specifically asking for yogurt so we had to request it directly because it was included and paid for. Box lunches to take to go on the second day which were fine, I had the chicken caesar salad wrap. Housekeeping didn't come to service my room until 5pm when I was in there getting ready for dinner, so I was not able to get the room serviced. Just asked them for some more coffee. My conditioner in the shower was empty but I didn't bother reporting it after the tv issue and I had my own conditioner with me, so used that. The lotion at the sink was so thick that I could not get it out of the bottle at all, I had to use q-tips to get it out (it was nice quality, just kinda useless if you can't get it out of the bottle lol). Great local offerings on the mini bar and in the fridge. My coworkers and I got a kick out of the "intimacy kits" because we were on a business trip haha. The Magic 8 ball was fun, I loved the conversation cards even though I just read a few of them to myself haha. Even with the bedroom upstairs, it was nice to have the big double closet in the bathroom hallway so I really was just in the loft to sleep and kept all my stuff downstairs. The location is great, lots of fun stuff right nearby. The courtyard is lovely. I would say this is a solid 3.5 stars but since we can't give half stars, I'll give it a 4 because the staff was overall very nice and quickly fixed any issues, just a little annoying that we had any issues at all.
