I was told I would have a 4 person crew, but I ended up with a 5 person crew with no extra charge. The day of the move, Vince called 30 minutes ahead of the team's arrival and adjusted his arrival time by 15 minutes to accommodate my schedule. Vince and his crew (Emerson, Chance, Mario and D) were excellent. They were professional, on time, courteous and took great care with our furniture and belongings. They arrived on time within the estimated timeframe and were prompt, prepared, and ready to work. I was moving out of state from California to Nevada and originally hired two movers. Unfortunately, the second mover had an emergency and had to leave early. Sergei, the driver and mover, stepped up and handled the rest of the move completely on his own. Sergei was a true professional. Despite the challenges of the apartment complex, including navigating long hallways, elevators, and a large amount of furniture, he completed the pickup in about 2.5 hours entirely by himself. He then delivered everything the following morning and completed the delivery in approximately 1.75 hours--again, all on his own. I honestly couldn't believe how efficiently he worked. He had the strength, energy, and determination of two people! This was especially impressive considering we were moving during extremely hot weather, with temperatures in the upper 80s to 100 degrees in both locations. Sergei remained professional, hardworking, and focused throughout the entire process. I truly couldn't have completed the move without him. I also really appreciate how easy and transparent Next Moving makes the quoting process. Being able to get a quote online with clear pricing made it much easier to budget and took a lot of the stress out of planning an out-of-state move. Thank you, Next Moving, and especially Sergei, for making a difficult move so much easier. I will definitely be using you again for my future moving needs!

While the three-person moving crew was polite and ultimately completed the job, my overall…read moreexperience with this company was disappointing due to a severe lack of efficiency, physical capability, and care. First, the crew arrived in a graffiti-covered truck, which set an unprofessional tone from the start. Furthermore, the three movers were physically undersized and completely ill-equipped for the demands of a 2,700-square-foot home move. Throughout the day, they visibly struggled with the heavy lifting. Despite me providing the exact details and dimensions of my home beforehand, it took them 3 hours just to clear my house, and another 5 hours to unload at my new residence. They worked at a noticeably slow pace and lacked the strength and technique expected of professional movers. Care and attention to detail were also significant issues. During the move, they ripped up the laminate floor transition bars in a couple of areas. While they did attempt to fix the damage after I pointed it out, I had to supply the Gorilla Glue for the repair myself. A specific warning for potential customers: do not let their "no stair cost" clause sway your decision. In my experience, they offset this promotion by milking the hourly clock, moving intentionally slow, and frequently complaining about the weight of standard items. They are nice gentlemen who will eventually get the job done, but they are simply not built to provide an efficient, professional-grade moving service. I recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time and property.
