They even went above and beyond and fixed the legs on a couple of dressers that have been damaged for years. Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. I received a confirmation email and needed to provide a list of items to be moved. Received a call the day prior and also received a call immediately after the service was completed to ensure everything I wanted was covered and if the service was completed to my satisfaction. I shared I was very happy because the team led by Ivan was very careful with my items and made sure not to damage the walls or floors. They were thorough and were able to document previous damage from previous moves and ensured our TVs were working before and after a move and thus packaged carefully (very important because one of my TV screens was damaged in a previous move).
