I am so pleased with the service from SWEEP Cleaning! My regular cleaner is Sandra. I've never had…read moreto give Sandra any type of feedback because her service is always excellent. She always leaves my house spotless. Everything looks very tidy when she leaves. There has rarely (if ever) been any dust left behind. She puts all of my items back where she found them. She goes above and beyond by cleaning out the refrigerator, cleaning the baseboards, etc. When Sandra changes the bedsheets she make sure to put the old sheets into the washing machine and if she has time she will dry them and fold them. Also, if I leave any laundry laying around she will take the liberty to fold my clothes for me. I'm a very picky customer and I've never been disappointed in the service that I've received from Sweep Cleaning with Sandra. I highly recommend!

Despite working non stop she was here for 5 hours! We asked for fridge cleaning, mopping the hallway, and dusting /vacuum in the living room. She had a good attitude and was so thorough. For the charge it was a good value. She was willing to go beyond what we requested. This was an indulgence for us but it should be a regular thing, twice a year. I'd like to hire for another service request if they can send 2 people.

Absolutely Incredible Experience!…read more I hired Clever Cleans for a full house move-out deep cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The cleaning lady ended up showing up about 15 minutes late due to traffic, but she notified me well in advance, which I really appreciated. Communication goes a long way! What impressed me even more was her patience--she actually waited for me to walk through and check everything after the work was complete to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Walking back into the house was amazing; it literally had that "new house" smell. I added on the fridge, oven, and window cleaning, and everything was done to perfection. The windows were spotless inside and out (including the frames), the appliances were pristine, and the shower door was so clean it looked brand new! Overall, the experience was seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Clever Cleans to anyone looking for a top-tier deep cleaning service!

Fifteen years is a long time to trust someone with your home, and not once did we second-guess it. They were unfailingly professional, thorough, and reliable -- but honestly, that undersells it. We could not recommend Halina's Enterprises more highly, and whoever hires them next is lucky to have them.

I personally handed it to her in perfect condition to help connect her to the Bluetooth and when I got it back, it was clearly damaged, as if it had been dropped. I reached out to the owner (Tee Efendija ) who immediately denied any wrongdoing saying she didn't use my speaker but I was at my house during the time of service and physically handed her my speaker, hooking it up to Bluetooth so she could play as she said "Mexican music" . I explained that to him in which he then offered to "replace" it--but only if I gave him my broken speaker in return. Excuse me? That's my personal property. I didn't buy it from you, and you don't get to take it just because your team broke it. I did not buy the speaker from him. This was my own personal property that he was demanding I give to him. Instead of just doing the right thing (accountability and / or remedying the situation) , he gaslit me, made excuses, and then tried to claim they were being generous with their "goodwill offer"--which they later revoked when I wouldn't hand over the broken item. The whole thing feels sketchy, dishonest, and frankly like a scam to be honest. Even when booking the service, their methods for payment were very sketchy and not secure or a common practice for receiving payment. I've been more than patient and civil, but the lack of accountability is alarming. Save yourself the stress--there are plenty of other cleaning services in Chicago that don't damage your belongings and then try to blame you for it.
