The woman behind the counter was delightful and happily offered recommendations that worked with our sugar-free needs. I was eyeing their January special, the Sugar Cookie Latte, and she went above and beyond to accommodate a nearly sugar-free version. It was indulgent without the guilt, and knowing they make most of their flavor syrups in-house (except the sugar-free ones) made it feel even more special. My husband asked the barista to surprise him, and she delivered a breve buttered pecan hot latte that blew his mind. He drank it so fast I'm not sure he even tasted it. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with rustic western décor that adds charm and character. It's the kind of place you want to linger in, whether you're catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment. And the bathroom signs? Hilarious and memorable are just one more touch that shows how much personality this place has. I really wish I had a bathroom that I could get one of these signs to display it. Overall, a great experience, and I hope we will get the chance to visit this place again

Here is the summary of my experience here: 1) Ambiance 5/5: Cheerful contemporary inviting vibe. The seating is limited but I believe this is mostly a to-go coffee place. There is a couch and about 4-5 2-seater tables 2) Service 5/5 - The service was delightful. I had few questions about the bagels being vegan and they patiently heard and found out about it. Good news - Most of the bagels are vegan :). The girl in the front taking orders was very patient and helpful 3) Food 6/5: I am neither a fan of bagels not do I like coffee but I got them both. Here is the review: a) Iced Vanilla Latte - I did not want to have it but when I took a sip from my wife's cup, I was forced to get myself one too coz it was really good. b) Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese - This was another hit. Great bagel and cream-cheese. FYI - I am not a bagel connoisseur so I might be wrong but I loved the taste. 4) Value for Money 5/5 - Totally worth it in my opinion. If I am ever back in town or anyone is tired of waiting in line for the Table, ditch it and instead come here The Good: 1) Ambiance 2) Service 3) Iced vanilla latte 4) Bagels (they are mostly vegan) Not so Good: 1) They dont have sandwiches. 2) You need to toast your own bagel

I stopped by after they had been open for about two weeks and was impressed by the sheer number of offerings: breads, cookies, cupcakes, pastries, cheesecakes, quiches, coffee, tea, and more. The employee on duty was patient and helpfully explained a few baked goods I hadn't encountered before (Kouign-amann will have to happen during a future visit). I ultimately settled on a peanut butter-banana coffee cake and a chocolate croissant. The croissant was buttery but dense rather than light and flaky. That density extended to the coffee cake as well, where it was more welcome. The peanut butter-banana combo made for a winning pair, and the topping was tasty as well. Given the pricing, service, availability (open every day except Sunday), and more, Rocca's is a must for anyone in Greensboro with a sweet tooth.
