When I first brought it in, the technician popped the hood, saw the intake, and still went ahead with the smog test--only to fail it on the visual. I was charged around $100 and told to fix the issue and come back, and that they'd retest at 50% off. I spent time and money replacing parts to get everything right and came back expecting that discounted retest. Unfortunately, the original guy wasn't there, and the person working that day refused to honor what I was told. Instead, he said I had to pay full price again. Yes, I'll admit I didn't have my original receipt--that's on me--but the bigger issue is they didn't even try to help. The employee refused to call the owner to verify what I was told, and apparently they don't keep any record of previous visits. No system, no accountability--just "pay again." The whole situation felt unprofessional and honestly pretty shady. It seems like the priority here is collecting as much money as possible rather than treating customers fairly.
