The lady gave me a snarky comment and said, "yeah you got Vietnamese coffee, that's what it will taste like". That's definitely not true, I've had Vietnamese coffee plenty of times and it was delicious. The gentlemen who was making the coffee was nice and said he would look into their supply. He remade my coffee for their salted caramel. It was very mild, wish the flavor had been more pronounced. But overall it wasn't a bad drink. Overall this place has become a pass for me.

I had their regular cold brew with a splash of cream and a Sunrise Sandwich- both were so good! The cold brew had a lovely aftertaste that in my opinion, reminded me of dark chocolate and whiskey. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. The staff was nice and friendly and let me know that the traditional Yemeni coffee was supposed to be hot. And glad I ordered a hot one - the coffee had a complex flavor with rich cardamom. My husband and I enjoy kicking off our Sunday close to the opening hour at 7am. We eat a delicious breakfast option inside first. My husband orders a breakfast sandwich while I don't just like but LOVE the avacado toast. If available, we take our coffee and sit outside on the patio. The coffee is full bodied and delicious. My husband is a hot mocha guy. They have ice water at the front and in their spacious backyard seating area. It is a dog friendly destination. We enjoy seeing the wide variety of furry regulars. There are free treats for them. The service is consistently friendly and on top of their game. They really know how to move a line but you never feel rushed. They offer a points/ reward program for purchases which is always nice. When I asked my husband about cost he said it is so good he didn't even look! I checked our transaction history. For both of us including tip it was around $44- very decent in this day and age for such high quality. What a gem in Downtown Chandler!

It was a total hassle, horrible communication. And when we went to visit them before the adoption we were accosted by children at some sort of birthday party. The cats were STRESSED. They scheduled our meeting with a birthday party for some young kids who were just flicking cat toys in our face and all the cats faces and running around so we couldn't interact like we would have hoped too. When we went to pick the boys up finally( 2 brothers who we were told wereNOT bonded but absolutely were.. thank goodness we took both)(..There was some sort of 'date' event going on and I had people swarming me constantly while I was trying to connect and CATCH the kitties we were taking home.
