Half of the games are broken or don't work. They seem to only focus on their "console gaming"--which hardly anyone paid attention to.

One of the worst places for service. They take a long time, and when they finally bring the items, the order is always messed up. They don't even have the decency to comp or reduce the price for the error. It has happened on several occasions. I only order drinks now while watching the football game. Came in for a late lunch/early dinner. Food was sub-par. The cashier/servers were playing around on their ear pieces. The gentleman who brought my food said "knock it off, you're going to scare them". I had to explain to my friend that no he was not talking to me. Disappointed. Called to ask if they showed the Dodger games there and the woman I spoke to said yes. The family and I went down there that night and I again asked the people at the front counter if they showed the Dodger games and again, they said yes. After spending nearly $60.00 on food, drinks and tokens, we were extremely disappointed to find out the Dodger game we were assured would be shown, was not available due to the cable provider at Megabites. If you haven't check this place out you need to. It's been there for 9 years and I drove by it 100 times and never knew it was there. It is a very large place. Has a bar and lots of TV screens. It has games and rides to keep the children entertained. And the food is good. I particularly like the sandwiches on the pizza bread with fries excellent choice at the right price. read more

Had grandson's birthday here. Price for the package was good, Pizza was great, STAFF was so friendly and helpful at all times, Place was kept clean and orderly. Kids had such a good time with the games. I would recommend this place for a birthday party for the kids anytime. After years of going there ever sunday to watch football. Me and my group of friends have moved on. We ordered 2 large pizzas, hot wings and bread. We also had just got 3 pitchers of beer for them to come over to our table of 7 adults and 8 kids to tell us that the table we were sitting at was reserved. Seeing how there was no marker or note saying such. They tried to tell us to find another place to sit which they knew there was none. After fighting with many employees and the manager we were able to get or money back and left. My son Enjoys this place very much considering they have the game systems you can play. I wish the games were more up to date and more of them half of them are always broken and stealing tokens from us. I wouldn't even give one star! Went in for a sport's party that was reserved previously for players on a kids team. 14 players so at least 14 families with at least four or more in each party. Everyone ordered their own food for their families not included in the team party. No problems taking everyone's money!! That's for sure..Went down hill fast after that. DO NOT ask the staff where your food is after waiting for an hour. You will be met with a rude attitude and when food does come it will be slapped down on the table, without asking if you need anything else. Players pizza was burnt. Our antipasto salad was basically a wilted chopped up head of lettuce on a plate with a couple pepperoni added & a bit of chopped ham. Immediately I bit down on something hard, like a rock. Did not even bother to complain about that because someone else in the party next to us found something much worse in her supposed fresh mixed salad. 4 to 5 tokens for the games (ridiculous) and half the games do not work or just take the tokens. I would advise against letting your children pick their nickel prizes alone, young employees are not trained to handle a kid friendly environment and you might find a basket of plastic toys getting flung at your child's face across the counter due to the employee being irritated. All this done in front of a supposed manager. Who when asked if that was acceptable, immediately said no but did not remove the employee from the area! Family of the owner??? When the person in charge of our team went to complain because other issues as well were going on, An answer of "every business has a bad night!" & it was Also brought to their attention the money that was made on this one large group tonight and response was "And?" No, not acceptable. The most unprofessional place I have ever been in. High priced, subpar nasty food with extremely unprofessional service by people that obviously DO NOT want to be there or work. This place will not last long at all and I will make sure to let Valley Wide know to stop recommending this crap hole as a place to have a team party for children! Pizza is so-so, but the help is what really takes your breath away....downright rude and not friendly. The pizza lunch buffet is meh, and no one ever offers a clean plate to get more pizza, so you are left with using your dirty plate or not getting anything else. The Mrs. and I decided to take our grandson out for the afternoon (about 4:30) to MegaBites for pizza and video games. What a joke! When we got there we had to go find an employee to take our order as no one was working the front counter. I had to explain 3 times to the employee that I wanted a large pizza with half pepperoni and half black olive, 2 sodas and 1 water. There was a group of about 7 or eight young teenagers, unsupervised, running around like a bunch of I don't know what. Never saw any of them buy anything or spend any money, just hanging out. At one point 3 of them started playing keep away with a little guys hat, running all around the restaurant even falling on the floor and winding up under a table where people were eating! One of the bigger boys threw the hat on top of one of the games where it was out of reach. I finally got a chair and climbed up on the chair to get the hat down. The whole time not one employee said anything to this rowdy bunch of kids. They even rode their skateboards in the restaurant. As far as the arcade goes, half the games weren't working and had no "out of order" signs on them so you lost your token (Staff did replace lost tokens) and a lot of the machines failed to give out tickets when you were done playing. Of all the on duty staff at the time, not one appeared to be over 17. The only good thing I can say about Megabites is that the pizza came quickly and was pretty good. Don't know about the salad bar because it wasn't open. read more

Such a disappointment! Had my son's birthday party here and will never go back. Multiple games were broken in the game room or out of tickets and staff acted inconvenienced when asked to replace tokens that were repeatedly taken from the children. Staff said they knew games were out of order-whatever happened to an out of order sign??? Our salads weren't delivered with our pizza and I had to ask several times for them. One employee told me the salads were no longer on the menu...but I paid for them. They did finally refund my $ for the salads but what an embarrassment for me that I had to deal/argue with staff the entire visit and couldn't enjoy my time visiting with family and friends like I would have liked to. But wait there's more... I asked for balloons to be blown up that I had brought in myself and they charged me full price for a balloon bouquet -the same price as if I had bought their balloons instead of just charging for helium. My guests mentioned that the Bathrooms were dirty as well. After spending about $200 on food no staff ever came over to our party to check on us to see if we needed anything I had to go looking for staff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more
