My Shish kabob plate came out faster than expected, and I was almost as impressed with the salad as the saffron rice and actual kabob, which is tender and amazing by the way. Basically, you pick a drink from the refrigerator, and I let him talk me into trying hummus, and appetizer, which ultimately comes with cut flatbread. They also have some specials where they put the meats and sauces over french fries. That seems to be very popular. It's actually kind of like a Chipotle in the way that you order at the counter and pick which ingredients you want. If you like sweets, they have homemade delicious rice pudding among other Turkish treats. Some of these items sell out early so show up right before lunch to have the best selection.
