The friendly owner greeted us and was our server and recommended some of our choices. My wife and I shared an appetizer of delicious baba ganosh his own recipe), steak schwarma, and a veggie calzone. The steak was tender and well cooked, and while calzones are typically crazy filling, this is made with ricotta rather than mozzarella which makes a huge difference. Restaurant was clean and well-cared for. Totally love coming here... the owner is amazing, the food is great, everything is made to order. We had the babaganoush as always with warm, freshly made bread. He offered us cold lemongrass tea which was so refreshing. We tried the Armenian Pizza with mushrooms. Passed my test for fresh mushrooms, and it was so good. Had a quiet dinner with my friend on a rainy Friday night. I am fond of this place because it's about the food and service FIRST with good company to share it with, NOT so much about the Fabulousness of the atmosphere! (If you're paying attention, the food is excellently prepared and delicious.) The portions are generous and the value is AMAZING. My friend and I shared course plates of a garden side salad to which we added the Athens Tear Drops (Battered Cod Balls) and then the Shrimp & Calamari Salad. Fantastic + healthy! We split a Falafel Wrap while finishing up our salad. Just the perfect amount of food for a healthy meal. I can hardly wait to come back soon for the lamb or kabob wraps made with homemade bread we watched (+ smelled) being baked on site. The Fish Dinner + Fish Soup are also local favorites. NY Thin Crust cheese pizzas were flying out the door as pickup orders. I'm so grateful this place is now bouncing back after COVID. We didn't have a great experience getting take out from here. The employees were very nice but the food was not great. The only thing that turned out ok was the hummus. The pita bread was old and tasted old. The beef shawarma wrap was saturated in grease and it was dripping all over excessively. The fish wrap was just ok. The Greek salad had sooo much dressing on it that it ended up leaking into the plastic bags used to carry the food and ended up getting greasy salad dressing all over the car and at home. And the salad itself had a lot of vegetables but also some of the stuff did not seem fresh. Almost spoiled. We ordered the "angel balls" which was not as listed on the menu ... they just fried a piece of fish and cut it in pieces, was greasy. And the yogurt dip included with the fish and the extra side of pita bread that we ordered was spoiled. I honestly don't know how this place would pass a food health inspection. There were ants crawling on our food bags at the restaurant when I went to pick it up. The man my wife spoke to when ordering said this would be the best Greek food we have ever had ... well we are sorry but this was the worst by far. read more

Without a doubt some of the best Mediterranean food I've had anywhere, which is saying something considering I travel extensively around the US. I would never have bet money that I'd have found the best take on a Greek salad or falafel in Daytona Beach, but that's only because I forget that even chef's and restaurant owners also retire to Florida. And if it's a little slow, you'll get the chance to meet the man behind the food, which was a welcome opportunity for someone who often has to dine alone while traveling, so great service too. We're here for a conference at the Hilton, and it was a short 15 minute walk from us with a lovely stroll along the beach/boardwalk. Naz, the owner, makes the food himself fresh to order and since we were a party of six we had 30 minutes of waiting. If you walk about a block or two from the beach, it takes you to a lovely large river to pass time! Wait was completely worth it. Baba Ganoush, Hummus = large portions enough to feed us all, yummmm!!! The vegetable soup was the favorite and very filling. Milano Salad and Koobideh Kabob for the win!!. All the veggies on the salad were fresh and crisp and the perfect amount of dressing so all the veggies still shine through. The meat of the sandwich was tender and succulent. Don't know what he uses to marinate the meat but this was one of the best I've had anywhere. When I got there it was early in the day and he'd just finished making his pizza dough so I can guarantee you the pizza is absolutely fresh. I'll definitely be trying that soon read more

We ordered delivery from here to our hotel and I was surprised to not get a spoon for the soup we ordered, it was very good but my mother had to drink the broth from the cup and then use a fork for the rest. The pizza we ordered for the kids was very good but the 2 salads we ordered were drenched in salad dressing. The Caesar was just okay, it almost tasted like a vinaigrette dressing and had lots and lots of croutons but not much else . The Greek salad looked beautiful but just like the Caesar was really inedible because of all the dressing. I won't order for takeout or delivery from here again. read more

Food was very, very good. People were kind. Largest gyro I've ever had and far better than most. Hummus was great and fresh. The drink situation is non existant and strange (I don't mean alcohol) and the place could definitely be cleaner and better put together. Food comes out inconsistent. It's great sometimes, other times not that great. I ordered through doordash and there were a few times that I got a "version" of what I ordered from their menu. As if they didn't have the ingredients so they made something else that was somewhat close to it. I wish their was a Mediterranean place closer to me.
