    Lemon drop martini

The food was delicious and service was good. They were definitely a little short staffed but it was a busy weeekend. They have a full bar and the martini was great.

3-20-25. Enjoyed their salad and their marinara. Hot fresh bread was very good. The supreme shrimp at $30 had 13 large shrimp just a tad over done and saturated in their butter sauce (order it light on the sauce). My wife had the eggplant parmigiana which was a very large serving so she shared some of her pasta with me and it was perfect. She devoured the eggplant, no sharing of that veggie. The table was set with a cloth top and a paper overlay, paper napkins at the tables but surprisingly the bar patrons got cloth napkins which should also be at the tables for the prices. We will likely try this restaurant again when we revisit and maybe next time they'll get five stars. If this review was helpful please give it a thumbs up thanks

Food was amazing like always and wait staff was amazing. Only thing missing was Malcom. I do wish to see him back as he had amazing welcoming personality.

We had the fresh Chesapeake oysters, which were very good and affordable. Rounded things out with an Aperol Spritz and Adult coffee cocktail. Daisy served us and was pleasant and hospitable.

I was craving Italian and we passed by here and turned around as it looked appealing. It was 6pm on a Friday and there were only 2 tables of customers, so we were happy they had room for us. The I side is very cute, and they also have outside dining. There's is a nice bar when you walk in, which looked nice. The only odd thing was that the music they had playing was a radio station, so you heard commercials. Very odd. Our server was super friendly and quickly got the glass of wine I ordered. There were a variety of wines you could get by the glass. The menu was full of a variety of pastas, as well as chicken and seafood dishes. I wanted pasta, and settled on the gnocchi. They brought Italian bread while we were waiting, along with a pesto topping. It was less than 5 minutes later and our food arrived. It was piping hot, and looked and smelled wonderful. Our server brought parmesan cheese and I was ready to go. This gnocchi was great! They were light dough balls that practically melted in your mouth. The sauce was every bit as good. Service was great the entire time. My reasoning for 4 stars is that we felt they were trying to turn out table over so fast, even though there were mostly empty tables. We had a glass of wine and a meal and were done in 35 minutes, and that was only because we lingered a bit after paying our check. Our date night turned into a quickie, which isn't what we anticipated,

Took my wife here for a quiet midday meal during our November vacation. The place had a nice set up and only a couple other people there during our time. Our server informed us she had only been there a week, so she was worthless when it came to asking for suggestions regarding the choices. I ordered the chicken parm, along with a side of meatballs and sausages. The chicken and sausages were very hard to cut, as they were overcooked, as were the meatballs. I requested to change it to the lasagna, which appeared hot when it came out, but once you got down to the bottom, turned out ice cold, which may have indicated the untrained use of a microwave. My wife's veal parm had the same issue of being overcooked, but she felt bad that I requested a new plate and decided just to stick with the poor example of a meal she received. As if the meals were bad enough, the manager/owner would not stop coming over to the table and striking up meaningless conversations. I understand greeting the customers, but leave them alone to enjoy their time. Instead of the serving checking on the new product brought to the table, she instead watched Family Feud from the bar. To top it all off, the place did not offer a veteran discount, on Veterans Day? All in all, I would say the place is too overpriced for poor product and service. Find someplace else to eat.

While the patio is nicely designed and has comfy wicker chairs, the parking lot traffic does take a bit from the ambiance. But hey, how often can I dine outside in Florida without dying of heat or mosquitos or drowning in a downpour. They had a ton of delicious specials going but I like to try places for the first time based on my favorite dishes. However, I can't pass up octopus carpaccio and while it was delicious, the slices stuck to the plate which the waiter attributed to being outside where it warmed up. Next time, calamari for sure! I got the fettuccine bolognese as I'm still chasing a sauce that isn't just ground beef added to marinara. I'm happy to say it's the best bolognaise I've found in Central Florida! Their pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was rich and not overly tomatoey or sweet like most places. It also was fully tossed so it clung to the noodles. Dad was in a pizza mood but was definitely temped by the veal chop special. He ended up with the all in pie and I knew it was a winner when he ate the crust. He's very picky about crust and this hit the mark on texture and taste! So yes, the love this group has for Don Giovanni is real and if you haven't tried it I definitely recommend it!

First off, the restaurant is a lot larger inside than you would think seeing it from the outside. The colors are warm, the seating either bar, high tables, tables or booths. And, at the end of our dinner the restaurant was full, but it wasn't noisy. All of the staff were very friendly. We were promptly seated in one of the booths and perused the menu. We were offered a choice of bread or garlic bread. We opted for the garlic bread. Soft, warm, with just the right amount of garlic and butter. We started with the stuffed artichoke. I think we would have liked it better if the artichoke were a bit more "meaty." Most of the leaves were just breading with a sliver of artichoke. We were then brought our dinner salads. They were large. Lots of fresh ingredients. You could almost make a meal of just the salad. My husband had the lasagna which came with a meatball, and I had the Mario Combo which includes chicken parmesan and lasagna with a side of spaghetti. The servings were generous and hearty. The sauce very good. I judge Italian restaurants by their sauce, and this one was a nice thick blend of tomatoes and spices. What was interesting is that the spaghetti sauce seemed just a bit sweeter. We needed carryout containers for the leftovers and they packaged them very nicely. Took a star off for the stuffed artichoke which wasn't very flavorful. Also while the food was good, there was something almost sloppy about the presentation. Prices are about right, and you can get a discount if you sit at the bar or on the high tops... We'll come back again... we'll just make sure we're really hungry!

I am an avid fine diner and have had many experiences in Italian fine dining. As a party of 8, we booked two reservations of 4 due to the limited reservations online. No problem at all. As we arrived we requested to be seated near each other, as there were 4 top tables available next to each other. The host informed us that they did not want us interacting as it would disturb the vibe. To assume that we don't understand proper etiquette was a bit insulting. As we sat in the basement, it felt like we were getting seated for a church dinner. The fake stained glass and outdated carpeting was incredibly tacky, as well as the dirty piece of paper requesting restraint from cell phone use (as pictured). Other than the strange indoor decor, and the host demeaning our party, the food did not disappoint. We enjoyed the carpaccio, pasta, veal scallopine, lamb, and chocolate desserts. Everything was delicious. I was unaware when booking that they do not have a liquor license. I came to find out when I ordered an espresso martini. The wine list was decent and I decided upon an Amarone which was the perfect compliment to dinner. Overall, it was decent due to the food, but the vibe was very strange and didn't feel upscale whatsoever. Service was fine, nothing exceptional.
