The environment was very warm and friendly, and the workers are very sweet. Food is BEYOND amazing, this is my go to spot for hospital visits. Highly recommend!

Chicken over Rice Platter with pink sauce, amazing

I absolutely love this place. Since I work close to here I come here for lunch sometimes. I have never had a bad meal here. The chicken over rice with the addition of the pink sauce is so delicious. They also have very good falafel and there pita and hummus is amazing. Yummy baklava. Standard take out counter with a few window seats. There is online ordering too. Overall of on marshals street, a great place to get takeout.

One of the few spots on Marshall that's open late night. I got a gyro and my dad got a gyro salad and smoothie. The smoothie was made with fresh fruit, however my dad said it needed to be chilled more as it was room temp. His gyro salad was pretty disappointing. It was small with very few toppings and meat. Loaded with sauce/dressings. My gyro was fine so no complaints there. For the price of this place, the food is just okay and portions are small.

Pina colada and mango juice - SO GOOD!

Went for the first time the other day, and the falafel sandwich was really good! Only downside is not much seating inside

For drinks they have a good selection of beers on tap, usually 10-20, from local and national breweries. The server offered me a sample before I fully committed on a beer I had a question about and I appreciated being able to try it before committing to a full glass. The Evergreen's menu itself is accessed through a QR code where their full list of options and specials are listed. My group opted to share the beer fries and they were taaaasty, pillowy soft, crunchy, and amazingly well seasoned. The vegetarian options are a regular part of the restaurant and the fried tofu I had was genuinely satisfying and well done. My cajun pasta was maybe a touch over but I was okay with it since it had my condiment obsession of chili crisp in it. The menu is well marked for dietary needs. A great thing of note is that they have women's, men's, AND an all-gender bathroom. I appreciate the inclusion in the food and restaurant itself. Car parking is street parking, it's accessible via the Centro bus system, and there is an artistic broken-chain shaoed bike rack just across the street from the restaurant. My group was happy with the prices and service for an early Wednesday dinner in a wintry March.

The mac in cheese was probably one of the best I've had in town. The fries were really good and I dipped them in some spicy aioli. The burger on the other hand was simply not good and lacked any sort of flavor, I'd probably try a regular burger over the smash next time. The restaurant is nice. The location isn't bad and has decent parking.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an outstanding Indian restaurant, and the experience…read moreexceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting décor set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable meal. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic dishes, each prepared with remarkable attention to detail. We started with crispy papadums that were perfectly spiced and paired with flavorful mint and tamarind chutneys. We were also presented with Gobi Manchurian featuring deep-fried, battered cauliflower (gobi) tossed in a spicy, tangy, and slightly sweet soy-garlic sauce. For the main courses, the butter Chilean sea bass was served in a rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced sauce, while the garlic naan came out fresh, soft, and slightly charred--just the way it should be. The lamb kabab was nothing short of outstanding--perfectly tender, juicy, and infused with a smoky, well-balanced mix of spices. Each bite was rich and flavorful without being overpowering. Finally, the lamb shank masala was the true star of the evening. The meat was incredibly soft, falling off the bone effortlessly, and the masala sauce was deeply aromatic, layered with spices that created a bold yet harmonious flavor profile. It paired beautifully with fresh naan and fragrant basmati rice. We were too stuffed at this point to order anything else, so this evil (said with tongue firmly in cheek) lady in charge simply provided us with a dish of kheer to share, and it was the perfect ending to the meal. Creamy, lightly sweet, and delicately infused with cardamom, it offered a refreshing contrast to the richness of the main dishes. What truly set this restaurant apart was the quality of the ingredients and the depth of flavor in every dish. It was clear that everything was made fresh, with spices blended in-house to create that signature, authentic taste. The service was equally impressive--attentive without being intrusive, and the staff was more than happy to offer recommendations and explain dishes. It made the entire experience feel welcoming and personal. The owners were friendly and eager to answer questions and make sure that everyone felt welcome. Whether you're new to Indian cuisine or a longtime fan, this restaurant is a must-visit. It delivers not only on taste but also on atmosphere and hospitality. I'll definitely be returning soon whenever we're in the area!
