I could see it paired with grapes, eggs or soup. The focaccia was moist, a little oily but yummy. The rosemary flavor and herb sprinkling, though, was very faint. Would have loved more! The olive slice was very flavorful. The standout was the cardamom bun! Soft and perfect amount of spice. I enjoyed that with a jasmine tea later and it's my new obsession. Prices are a little high but the quality is worth it for me as an occasional treat!

They only call out names for in-person orders, so you'll be waiting a while if you don't speak up! What I order depends on my mood, but there are plenty of fillings to choose from. I have to say, this shop is consistent--the size and shape of the empanadas and the bread-to-filling ratio. I also appreciate that they mark the pastries, so you know exactly what's inside. But do not think they only serve empanadas. They also have sweet cakes and pasties as well.
