Pretty scary with no idea exactly what was going on. I rolled the dice and called cole's based on the other Yelp reviews as well as post on the website. My first impression was positive as the dispatcher that I called was concerned and also informative. She gave me a good idea of the work already on their schedule and when they could arrive. We shared a laugh about the local roads nearby and just really connected from the first minute. When Jay and Seth arrived they were both very professional. In a matter of minutes I had explained what happened they asked some critical questions so they could start their analysis and they dug in. They tested each of the switches in my panel, they checked outside at the electrical meter to see if my power company was the problem, and they ultimately decided that one of the breakers was bad. At that point they were able to show the buzzing that indicated the breaker was bad. We tested by applying load with different appliances in the house. Everything worked out and the job was done. Total cost was less than $300 which is a great price for any electrical visit but most importantly matched what I was supposed to expect. They also were responsive and quickly scrambled to my service call with limited delay

He expertly installed all three fans, and more importantly ensured the fans were secure and safe in the ceilings. You get what you pay for, and this was worth every penny. Also, they will email a link to the estimate (not an attachment) and the link will expire in 7 days. It seems to me they are strategies to make it more difficult to compare quotes. I wanted 4 can lights and was told that I'd need a new electric panel for that to happen. I was quoted around $5,200 for a new electric panel (after having to ask specifically for the cost of this item). I mentioned that I put a panel in 3 years ago for a similar sized home and it was $2,500ish. I just got another quote for this home. It was $2,700 and I was also told I didn't need a new panel to add the 4 can lights.

Unfortunately, most of them would simply snake the line and move on without determining the actual cause. Recently, the issue became much worse. The drain was moving extremely slowly, and water began overflowing. I called Kellam, and their team responded quickly. What impressed me most was that they didn't rely on guesswork. Instead, they performed a camera inspection of the drain line to identify the root cause of the problem. I'm very thankful they did because they discovered years of buildup in the line, as well as a broken section of the pipe that had been contributing to the ongoing issues. Their technicians took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me develop a practical plan to clear the drain and install a pump system to improve water flow and prevent future problems. I've trusted Kellam with my HVAC needs for years, and now I'm equally impressed with their plumbing department. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to finding real solutions set them apart from other companies I've worked with.
