I've never written a negative review in my life. NOT FUN. But I feel like I kind of 'owe' it to other yelp users--seeing as I have gotten a lot of useful info from yelp. First of all: beware this company's yelp rating. I just learned from my husband that Meathead offers its customers a $5 Starbucks card for leaving a 5 star review. Jaime made the offer verbally to my husband on 8/8/15, and George made the offer verbally on 8/9/15. So, future 5 star reviewers, by all means share your positive experience. However, if you accepted the gift, ethically you should mention you were given it for leaving a specifically 5 star review. Conversely, if you didn't accept it you may want to mention that so your review will be taken more seriously. This is the first I have ever heard of any company doing that. Had I known this company isn't above-board with their yelp ratings, I never would have considered them. Let's hope it backfires on them enough that it doesn't become a trend. As for our unpleasant and stressful Meathead experience: where to begin?: Interaction#1: Hunter Baird came out for the sales call. On time and very upbeat and personable. After looking through the house he sat down to compile the quote, even though I had mentioned that there were things in the side yard that would need moving. When I brought this to his attention he apologized and went out to take a look. He didn't spend much time out there, AND (I realized later) didn't measure the largish sheds that were out there. I was taking the "he's a pro--let him do his thing" attitude. His cavalier inspection and lack of measuring would have huge repercussions, more on this later. Interaction#2: After choosing Meathead, signing the contract/Docusign process was harder than it should of been. I wanted a mattress we subsequently sold removed from the inventory, plus they made one small error. It took too much prompting with Molly Wathen to get this done. Looking back with hindsight, I should have cancelled then. Interaction#3: Packing day, the day before the move. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. One was Jaime, the other (I think) was Liam. Problem 1:Unfortunately my harried husband pointed to a huge pile of flattened boxes (some of which were brand new we purchased from Home Depot FOR THIS DAY) we had compiled and told them "You can use those, or not". So they used Meathead Boxes to the tune of almost $100. Of course, from their POV they were probably just trying to be time efficient. But it annoyed me b/c I felt like they weren't looking out for our pocket book. Problem2: They let the nut and bolts that attach our flat screen TV to its base get separated from the TV. If my husband hadn't of found the bag of hardware and inquired as to what it went with I shudder to think of the long term results. Problem 3: They showed up in a pick up with their moving materials in the bed. The license plate holder on the truck said "Cash, grass, or ass. Nobody rides for free." I've always hated this 'joke'. As a woman I don't really like being reminded that throughout history women have found themselves in comprimising positions where they have to use their bodies as payment. I didn't bring it up with them, and didn't plan on complaining about it, but now at the end of the move I'm mad. Interaction#4: Moving day. Problem #1Only 3, not the promised 4 guys showed up. Someone had gotten sick. We accepted it, b/c what else the heck could we do? The 3 guys George, Steven, and Trevon did work hard and were polite during the first part of the day. Probably they were good guys just put in a very difficult situation. Problem #2 With only 3 guys, they weren't able to keep control of a bulky outdoor Rubbermaid shed. It fell against the house and damaged the roof. I sadly went out to take pix of the damage--thinking "Oh great, the hassle of an insurance claim, plus there's the $250 deductible." At this point my husband, who has a bad back and shoulder, started helping the 3 movers with the heavy lifting with this shed. I was aghast and tried to talk him out of it. No dice. He would end up in so much pain as a result that two days later he still wouldn't be able to lift his arm. Problem #3 After finally wrestling this shed to the truck they discovered that no matter which way it was turned it wouldn't fit in the truck. D'oh! Too bad Hunter didn't measure it on Day One. There were LOTS more problems, including poor attitude from the 3 movers (esp. Trevon)towards the end of the day, but my hands are hurting from typing. I did call and talk to AJ, operations manager, to try and give them a chance to make good. He said he would call me back by the end of the day with either an answer or an update. He didn't. A further text from me the next day went unanswered. Nothing to this day, over a week later. Systemic failure. Use anyone else--to say these people are not worth their premium prices is to put it mildly. read more

WORST!!! BUYER BEWARE They do not care about anything but money. Horrible experience with the supervisor and whole company all the way around. I schedule a move and yes I was annoyed by the whole FaceTime do inventory for estimate such a waste of time!!! I should of went with my gut instinct about the whole quote process' completely ridiculous would not answer my questions. They basically just told me what I wanted to here. but the real problem is that I already wasted to much time on FaceTime with your inventory system so had them call my fiancé lto give a credit card to book the move which was for the 1st hour fee of $399. I Got back in a hour to find out the time of the move was not what i asked for I called back not even 2 hours after we booked to requested the later time which was denied and said no refund. They changed my card $1100 not $399 so told me one thing then the sales guy tells my Fiancé something different .. so basically saying keeping $1100 because that's their policy.... they didn't loose a dime on me booking and calling back in less than two hours to say they had the wrong moving time and would not move the time to later in the day.. then tells me their guys basically just stop in the middle of the move to take a lunch break... huh?? never have seen movers take lunch break in the middle of a 4 hour move. They tell me we have you down for a 7 hour move ... I'm sure they do.. lol I told them I just moved my stuff less than 30 days ago and was just put in garage and was still wrapped stilling for my new lease to start that move was a 3 hour move.. these guys will take there time and then lunch brake and have no desire to listen and do the right thing and refund the amount of $1100 after me calling back in less than 2 hours to say they changed everything up when they got my fiancé on the phone. Keep in mind the move was scheduled and I called back saying the agreement was for a afternoon delivery they then denied do the service for me and seemed happy to say we will be keeping your $1100 deposit.. for services not rendered.. TOTAL CROOKS no harm to the company that for 2 hour they marked a move down for another day that they actually wouldn't do I'm the afternoon like I requested.. just be careful people like this don't care about the customer. They misrepresented several things and America expressed will be disputing this charge so in the long wrong this will completely hurt there reputation.. word of mouth is big nowadays.. I have a lot of extra time on my hands and do tons of charity work in the OC area I will mike it a mission to spread the word to all the real estate agents and contractors to warn people on NOT recommending this company.. if they were reputable company they would of just cancel the deposit charge and not tried to basically steal $1100 for doing nothing and not costing them a dime..I REQUESTED AFTERNOON DELIVERY YOU SAID YOU COULD NOT DO THAT. But would try and keep a deposit that was authorized less than two hours of the 1st call. I tried to work with your company to do the move but you could not accommodate my moving schedule.. you never sent over any paperwork documenting an inventory list or time frame that's a complete lie. Your manager was extremely rude on the phone and in no way wanted to try and resolve this matter just said the company will keep $1100.. completely unprofessional and not a legal binding document.. services were not rendered and you were notified in less than two hours that you had the wrong move time when I called to confirm everything for the move. Your company is trying to scam people during a stressful time during a move. This miscommunication of the time of the move cost your company no money... BUYER BEWARE IF YOU DO DECIDE TO USE THIS COMPANY PAY WITH YOUR AMERICAN EXPRESS SO WHEN you do have issues you can dispute the charge. First of all, one thing to consider about the 5 star reviews you see listed here is that the company offers all of their customers a $5 starbucks gift card for a 5 star review. The crew also lets you know that if that review mentions their names, then they get some sort of bonus out of the deal. While a $5 gift card isn't much considering the cost of a move, the company is still effectively bribing their customers for improved reviews. A more honest, above-board approach would be to offer the gift card for any review. Similar to another reviewer (Gary L), we also were quoted a larger sized moving crew than actually showed up. In our case, we had paid for four movers, and only three showed, saying that the other guy called in sick. This is obviously part of their business model to oversubscribe their workforce, and figure it out on the back end, to the detriment of their customers. Another part of their process that is shady is that they want you to fill out the evaluation of their services immediately upon completion of their work. In our case, for both visits (once for the "princess packers" and once for the moving crew), most of the issues we discovered were after the team had already left. They're in such a rush to leave the work site that they do not do a thorough walkthrough of the site. For our move, we were moving our home into storage, and the Meathead team left directly from the storage unit at the end of the day and did not return back to our home for a walk around, the lead mover saying that he'd done a walkthrough before he left. That was obviously not true, as I found several items that needed to be taken care of when I returned home, including reinstalling a gate. I ended up making two or three more trips back to the storage unit to take care of the things that were left. There were several issues with our move, including, but not limited to: * Repeatedly needing to ask the move team to pad-wrap items, and still finding later that those items had been placed into storage without being wrapped. * The sales person that came to our house ahead of time did a piss-poor job of estimating the work and measuring things. We ended up scrambling to fit items into the truck that were oversized, obviously so. * The "princess packers" were very good at pad-wrapping much of our house the day before the move, but did a poor job helping me pack up the garage, saying as they left that the moving team coming the next day would be able to "just put that stuff directly on the truck". The net result of this was that the guys had to pile things willy-nilly on the truck, and we had to sign a waiver for the way they ended up packing things in, or pay for the truck to make an additional run to the storage unit. Lame. * The salesperson (Hunter) quoted us a not-to-exceed price, which we appreciated. However, the moving crew's attitude and attention to detail started to suffer noticeably as we moved closer to that deadline. They suddenly started running again between loads (the did that for the first couple, then stopped), and were less careful with our belongings. When, in the end, they ended up 15 minutes under the NTE price, they all seemed quite relieved. It appears that the corporate office penalizes the actual moving crew somehow, so if you get a NTE quote, be warned that if you start to get near that time, the crew will likely start taking shortcuts. What really sealed the 1 star review was that after the move we were unable to get any response from the company to deal with our issues and have a conversation about how we could make the second part of the move go more smoothly. My one star goes to the hard workers, that were set up by their employer to FAIL. They worked in the rain and slippery conditions instead of rescheduling. They fell off the ramp with a heavy file cabinet due to slippery conditions. They worked from 10:00am thru to 10:45pm without taking any breaks or a lunch, so they were lifting my items feeling weak and hungry all day and dropping items and causing damage. After all that time of moving they refused to take certain items, like a hutch because they were concerned they would break it?.....After 12-hrs. of this nightmare experience, I still had an entire garage to move, because they said for a three car garage I only said 8-box's instead of #80-box's, so I had to go by what the sec. thought she heard me say over the phone. Instead of having a rep. come to my property to actually see my 5-Bedroom, 3-car garage and what it looked like. I was informed by the lead crew member that the owners had changed and the entire sells dept. walked out, and then it made sense to me why I was receiving the following service instead of what people had told me they received years prior...Again, I would never recommend my nightmare experience to happen to anyone else, and needless to say Meat Head Movers, Inc. made my moving experience the worse experience anyone could ever have. Now, I have turned in my claim for damaged property and I am now getting the run around with that, so the nightmare goes on and even though they wrapped our tv in a very wet blanket causing it to have a weird picture now, even with pics I sent them they are disputing and giving me a hard time, and I had an antique measuring cup that is non-replaceable, from my grandmother, 1930's and when I unwrapped it, it was in a bunch of pieces... they said I wrapped it up broken and they are disputing that as well, also, since they were moving me in the dark they walked through the sliding screen and now the screen needs replaced, but because I did not have video of that happening I am getting no reimbursement??? how crazy is this!! PLEASE! do yourself a favor and never have this kind of moving experience, I blew it hiring this company and made my moving experience a nightmare instead of a pleasant experience with another moving company, so do yourself a favor and "NOTE" my experience... read more

We were in need of a moving company that could help us with a long distance move from the Inland Empire to the Bay Area before Christmas Day. Each company we called were mostly hands off and would not be willing to give us definite dates. From the get-go, when we contacted Meathead Movers and asked if certain dates were a possibility they gave us a clear yes or no answer. That was the first positive sign. The next challenge that came with our move was the fact that it ideally needed to be a three point move. Part of our belongings and furniture needed to be delivered to a storage company, the next part needed to be delivered to our new apartment, and an antique piano needed to be delivered to my aunt midway. Each of these things were achieved. In regards to packing, we had mainly packed our belongings ourselves but still required help with a few odds and ends as well as furniture. Ariana and Kevin, very conscientiously packed several delicate items and categorized them effectively. On the packing/load out day, the 4 man team of Cade Powers (lead man), Kevin Parra, Alex Abbushi, and Johnny Alvarez worked around the clock to wrap up the bigger items and load up the truck as efficiently as possible. Throughout the whole ordeal as swiftly, as they attempted to do the load out, they were careful not to damage our items and ensure that everything was 100% intact. They agreed to wrap items like furniture, large paintings, and mirrors in soft and plush moving blankets and then wrapped a layer of shrink wrap around each. They rewrapped our items in shrinkwrap upon bringing them to our storage facility as well. Their price for the move was competitive and they provided high quality service. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Meathead Movers is a company that I am familiar with growing up on the Central Coast of California, but never used them before. They are not the cheapest, but cheap doesn't always equal good. I had a small move, but I lived on a second floor apartment and I really didn't want to do it myself anymore. Reached out to Meathead Movers who called me and the representative went over everything. I was given a 3 hour minimum cost and a maximum not-to-exceed cost based on what was being moved. I booked my move two months in advance because the summer is when everyone moves and I wanted to be sure I had my date locked down. Paid a $100 deposit and we were set. 3 days before my move I received a phone call confirming my move date and time the mover would show up. The day of my move Brianna and Robert showed up. Very courteous and efficient. Showed them what I had to move and after signing the paperwork they were off to the races. Brianna was driving and I was even more impressed because the parking at my old apartment is hard to navigate on a good day and she moved that truck like she'd been driving it for decades. They got to the new apartment which was only 5 miles away, gave them the quick walk through of where we wanted everything and of they went. The move was done in two and half hours. Both Brianna and Robert were very professional, easy to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for something cheap, cheap movers are out there. But cheap movers may not be reliable, they may not be courteous or friendly, and sometimes they may not even show up. We used Meathead Movers for a local move in July 2025 and were extremely disappointed. The move was originally quoted at four hours, but it ended up taking over nine hours. While the crew started off strong, their energy and care quickly declined. By the time they were unloading at our new home, they were placing boxes randomly, disregarding labels or the proper rooms. It was clear they just wanted to dump everything and leave, which created extra stress for our family as we had to move many heavy boxes ourselves. The packing was equally careless--more than half of our boxes weren't labeled at all, and those that were labeled were often incorrect or vague. The most serious issue was when the crew damaged our one-year-old refrigerator beyond repair by forcing it through a doorway improperly. One of the movers even admitted it was "totaled" and advised us to file a claim for the full amount of what we originally paid ($1300). The crew took the refrigerator with them--ensuring us that we'd get our claim resolved and be fully refunded. Once the claim was filed, it took over two weeks to start hearing about any sense of resolution. We've had to chase down the operations team, who became completely unresponsive. The director of operations completely refused to return any phone calls whatsoever. After multiple emails and attempted phone calls, they finally offered us less than a third of the cost to replace the refrigerator. This entire experience has been stressful, frustrating, and unprofessional. I would never recommend Meathead Movers and am appalled by their lack of accountability, care, and customer service. read more

I had the need for a quick an easy move of an already stored 10X10 room of wood furniture. I Goggled local mover and quickly got a moving request form to fill in. I then received information from 7 local movers. Prices were similar; It should cost about $500. I sent emails to all 7 movers requesting proof of a CA moving license and workman's comp insurance. To make a long and tedious story short, NONE of these movers could provide me with proof of insurance. I started my search all over again. When I found Meathead Movers (not my first choice of what to name moving company) I was immediately impressed with their listing of their CA mover's license and accessibility to their worker's comp insurance on their Web page. All the people I spoke with; answered all my questions and sounded like a legitimate company. Yes, their stated quote was more expensive than the unlicensed, non-responsive companies I had previously contacted and rejected. But I was willing to pay for value, professionalism and trust. Peace of mind is worth is worth a hundred dollars more. I was emailed in advance of the movers arrival, at the appointed time. The two movers were clean, polite, spoke English and hustled the entire time. The Meathead Movers did a fantastic job very quickly. So quickly, my estimated cost of moving was reduced by $250+. Looking back, I received a written quote, multiple pre-move contacts to confirm all the pre-move information and after move contacts to make sure everything went well. Just got finished with a move from Studio City to Winnetka with Brett and his team of Meatheads. Moving is terrible, and yet Meathead Movers made the day as easy breezy as possible. They were great guys who really knew how to go with the flow and problem solve. Right before they were due to arrive LADWP decided to close my street and drill into the water line. The movers dealt with the longer haul to move stuff to the truck without batting an eye. When we got to the new place, my sofa wouldn't fit in the elevator or up the staircase. Brett and his team went above and beyond to get the couch into my condo. All of their attitudes were stellar throughout. They wrapped all the furniture with care, and removed every last scrap of packing materials before leaving. On their way out the made sure to ask if I wanted any furniture moved to different areas now that I could see it in the space. Just fantastic service from beginning to end. I should also mention they were training a new guy (so I got a 5th mover for free!). Watching how the guys talked to the newbie, instructed him, corrected him, etc tells me this is a company that really prides itself on doing things right. They were kind and constructive, but also made him rewrap anything that wasn't up to their standards. Cost wise, I was given a low and high estimate and the move landed right in the middle. It was super clear what I would be charged and I didn't ever feel like the guys were taking their time to hit the high end. This is a super honest, hardworking, and reliable moving company. TOP NOTCH !!!!! After my original movers backed out a day and half to the scheduled , I contacted Meathead movers. I had read a article about them in the LA times and was impressed with the article and was hoping for the same experience that they claim. They were able to set a move for the same day I originally was scheduled for . Brandon contacted us in the morning and let us know they were coming which was a first good impression. They arrived a half hour early and was instantly impressed with the professionalism they both showed. We had Brandon M and Daniel J came ready to work. We did a walk through showing what was going to go . Brandon M did the paperwork while Daniel J went straight to work wrapping the furniture that needed to be wrapped. I was impressed with how no time was wasted in getting the truck loaded. Both of them worked nonstop and treated all our stuff with respect and not once was rough with it . When it came to unloading was just as impressive . They loaded the storage unit like pros and Daniel J even put a screw back into my sons train table even though I told it was okay to just leave. I am highly impressed with the speed and effectively both these guys worked. I will be using this company again and I want these two guys back. The truck was clean and not dirty and he drove it like a professional should. I am highly particular and I dont give 5 stars to anyone. They were able to do the move in under the 4 hours that was estimated . From the customer service to the movers they are outstanding. read more

Can't rave enough about Princess Packers through Meathead Movers! Shelsea, Suzette, and Karina were the best "Princesses" I have had the honor of meeting! They arrived on time, made sure to walk through and document any items that might need extra "Princess" care, and kept us informed the whole time about progress. All of the boxes were labeled perfectly with contents, which room they came from, and had a cute pink label with the princesses name on it for each box. They saved us so much time and stress, and when it came to move day none of our items broke because they were so careful! The Princess estimated quote actually came in exactly at the "minimum" quote, and we added a tip for them being so efficient in their jobs! On moving day, Ronald, Michael, Sonny and Joseph were the best "Meatheads" we could have asked for! They were very thorough in loading the truck, and did actually jog when they were not carrying an item! The four gentlemen were very polite, friendly, and even made us laugh with a few jokes as the day went on. The Meatheads estimated quote also came in exactly as quoted for the minimum quote price, and we gave the Meatheads a tip as well for such great service. Thank you so much for making our move wonderful, instead of stressful! If you have to hire someone to move your things, hire Princess Packers and Meathead Movers - it will be your best move ever! read more

Ok. So you guys all know that it only gets my review when it's a -10 or +10. Unfortunately, you still have to give the crappy reviews a +1. REALLY!! So when I give a +5, you know it's really a +10. And here is a perfect example of what a +10 should look like. These guys remind me of when I worked at a furniture store. So this company only employees young college athletic men, maybe women too, but I didn't see any. They show up in a truck with college style writing on it like they've just arrived with the Cheer Leaders to the game. They jump out and what happened next "BLEW ME AWAY." The Team Leader (I'd call him Captain of the Team) introduces himself and shakes my hand. He proceeds to tell me what they plan to do. Then all of the guys that have been patiently waiting, as to enter the field, file by me telling me their names and shaking my hand. I was "Sir" to all of them. They were all clean cut, professional, good looking, AND strong guys. They didn't waist any time getting to work. They took care of ALL of my furniture making sure to wrap everything and in many cases, double wrap, the very valuable pieces. They were ahead of schedule which ended up costing me less than the original quote. I have another move before I'm done moving. Meathead Movers is NOW my one move company for life. It was a short move-- I just didn't feel like doing it myself this time. I found MeatHead Movers online after an estimate from another company made me choke! Start to finish, I have NEVER, EVER experienced such amazing and personable customer service, and I'm older than dirt, so I've been around awhile!! Even in the days of long ago when customer service was generally a top priority for all businesses, MeatHead Movers would have left everyone else in the dust!! Molly is just about the nicest person with whom I have ever had a telephone conversation! When Torrey came to do the estimate, it was like I had known him his entire life (I can't say my entire life-- that would be totally unfair to Torrey!!) Brad and Kevin arrived on moving day full of energy and good humor and worked their butts off in the heat, somewhat humid climate by San Diego standards, and didn't even squawk at the fact that the new building into which I was moving did not have a working elevator yet. Third floor-- sorry, guys!!! I just don't know what to say, really. A five-star rating doesn't do this group of people justice-- they're all mega rock stars!!!! I was given the task to organize my companies move to our new office. After hours of research, calling and comparing quotes, I eventually decided to hire Meathead Movers. I called them and Amber Dockery talked me through the entire process, what to expect on the day of the move and presented me with a fair quote. Then, on the day of the move 2 hours before the scheduled start time, Alex Torres called me to reconfirm and inform me that he and Victor Narres were about to leave from their warehouse. They showed up on time. Alex walked us through the process, and he explained the moving/loading process. After that, he and Victor went straight to work. And boy, did they hustle. Both guys were super friendly and accommodating the entire time, even cracking jokes while lifting heavy couches. All of our stuff was securely loaded and safely driven to our new office. After a well-deserved lunch break, they went straight back to work and arranged/carried all of our boxes, furniture and TV's right where we wanted. So, to sum it up, very efficient and very customer friendly company. I can highly recommend them, especially Alex and Victor. Super nice guys, friendly and always smiling. Best.Customer.Service. Customer service is everything to me when dealing with a company because there is bound to be a mistake made somewhere along the lines. I deal with many different companies day in and day out (internet, phone, gas, electric, online purchasing, etc etc etc) We all have to deal with customer service at some point. Meathead movers customer service is one of the best I have EVER come across. From start to finish they were kind, attentive, quick, affirming, and respectful. Their customer service is what sold me and what will bring me back again and again. We used meathead movers for a pack and move and while there were a couple issues customer service bent over backwards to make sure the situation was amended. They didn't brush me off, they were kind, quick, and so considerate. They followed up and even sent me flowers (in addition to a refund to make up for one of the mistakes) to apologize. That to me is above and beyond. I have done a ton of research and NO company (especially with moving) comes without some occasional flaws so where it matters the most is how they handle that. Meathead Movers is a great moving company with excellent core values. I witnessed a friend's move with them and recommended another friend this year - both with great results. Also an excellent point is Meathead Movers TRUCKS are in good condition for loading & transporting. I knew I couldn't miss when I hired Meathead Movers to move my household. My initial contact in calling for an appointment was of exceptional value when the customer service representative Jake took my order and explained things in detail and made sure I understood all procedures and costs. I was exceptionally impressed with my quality Meathead Movers crew of two - Mark Rivera & Adrian Sapien! Mark phoned ahead of arrival & were on time! Both young men worked diligently hard & fast in packing up & loading the truck with care and driving responsibly to my new home. Upon arrival both Mark & Adrian worked very hard unloading my household & respectfully followed my direction as to where all the furniture & boxes were to be placed! I have been in the same house for 40 years, and of course I needed help moving. To complicate things, I had to store things for a month due to a gap between moving out of my house and being able to move into my condo. So I got Pods -- deliver 2 pods (on 2 different days), load them, take to storage for a month, then deliver Pods to the new place and unload. That's a whole different scenario than moving from one house to another in one day. Princess Packers boxed up my kitchen, curio cabinet, and half of my sewing room in 4 hours.. Ariana and her assistant were amazing. They gave me hints for packing other things, especially odd-shaped things like lamps. This was important because of hauling to/from storage. The movers came today and in a little under 4 hours, filled the first POD with 2/3 of what was in my 4-bedroom house. They will come Tuesday to fill Pod #2. They were on time, worked hard, worked well together and were very easy to deal with. Timothy, Chad and Tyler are an amazing team of guys. Pod #2 comes Tuesday and then everything needs to be unloaded in October. I'm looking forward to Meathead Movers help for the rest of this process! read more

My experience with Meathead Movers was overall a pleasant one. I thought my movers, Deionte H & Dean M were very friendly and worked super hard to get me moved from one place to another efficiently. Because they were booked, I could not use their truck for the move, only the assistance with the labor. I would have preferred to have done it all through them. This ended up causing an issue because my smaller, 32" TV got damaged during the move. They had packed it and apparently it wasn't packed safely and it broke completely off the stand. Although Deionte & Dean felt bad when they called into their manager, he wasn't super understanding and didn't want to take responsibility for it since it was "my truck". After a lot of back and forth, Tony, the manager took $100 off my bill. It won't cover the cost of the TV, but it was something. Regardless the price for Deionte and Dean's help was reasonable and they felt really bad about what had happened. I would still recommend them. Accidents do happen. My only hope would be that next time Tony would have more compassion and entertain an offer of goodwill without so much resistance. read more
