The 1:1 assistance is very helpful. I thought I knew my size but was clearly off by a few letters! Since purchasing both bras and bathing suit tops I have had better posture and felt better in my clothing. Today I am lying in a bathing suit top with no pinching or dealing with the pull of gravity. Really appreciate this store and the women who run it! read more

For the longest time I didn't know my actual bra said until my mom had me book an appointment and come here. All the staff are sweet, down to earth and ready to help you. There is a family atmosphere that exists here. They sell all types of undergarments and lingerie pieces. All of what they sell are quality and are made to last for years. read more

Wonderful personalized service and great selection! This is a fabulous store well worth checking out.

The "consultation" was very brief. I felt like she wasn't really interested in my needs. Although I asked for a tee shirt style bra I was sold a regular looking bra that was equipped with a lining to accommodate a prothesis which I don't wear. The item was wrapped and given to me so I did not notice this until I got home. I called and made arrangements to return it. I spoke to Gail and said I was more in the market for a Tee shirt bra. She didn't seem any more interested than her sales girl. She ordered a replacement ( not a tee shirt bra) which I picked up and left. No one suggested other styles. Just slam bam TY mame. I will never use them again. read more

This is my second time making a purchase from this store. I am a hard fit as I am on the larger side. My first experience was just as wonderful as my second. The ladies are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to fitting you with the perfect bra! I felt very comfortable and left with a big smile and sigh of relief. It doesn't matter if you are small, large or in-between! If you are in need of new bra or any intimate apparel, this is the place to shop! I can guarantee you'll be just as happy as me! read more

Fantastic service and the most comfortable bras ever! I hadn't been there in 10 years! HOW did I wait that long? I loved my purchases ten years ago and love my purchases now! So happy that I went back and that Gail was there to help me out. The whole process was quick and easy, I felt pampered and cared for, and I went home with three gorgeous and comfortable new bras! read more

I hadn't had a professional fitting in years, and then I had a baby, so needless to say, the landscape had changed. Beverly was FANTASTIC. She gave me the full run down on what I should be looking for in a bra, how to care for a bra, the different options available for my particular build, etc. She was able to see small details in the fit of various options that I would have totally missed that in the end were make-or-break things! She was also fantastic at picking up on my subtle cues and signals for options I liked or didn't like (and coming from someone who sometimes has trouble making these decisions for herself, this was a huge asset). She took her time with me and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. I will 100% be coming back and recommending to all my friends. You must go. read more

My fitter was great, can't remember her name. The fitting process is fun things not rushed unlike department stores. Each bra I tried on I was questioned about the fit and allowed to bend, stretch and sit-in nothing was "assumed." What to expect from a bra with no high pressure sales tactics either. Great style selections and colors. Love my purchases. Appointment needed and I now know why! read more

Without a doubt, the best place ever! The professionalism, knowledge, fun personalities and no pressure sales technique are a welcome change to department store experiences. Who knew bra shopping could be fun! I brought a gown in for my sons wedding and explained how I wanted to look. Gail listened, without judgement and made me feel special. Within minutes she found the most absolute perfect fit! Before that appointment, I was going to return the dress because I couldn't find what I needed, but Gail saved the day! These women really know their stuff! read more

I was in dire need of new bras. I came into measured to fit and could not have had a more positive experience. Kaleah was amazing, hilarious, and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Best experience ever. read more

I am literally the second largest breasted customer they have, and I can verify they go all out to find bras that fit and flatter me. They always have one on hand for me to try on and I order two more. I have tried ordering bras online and at department stores with no success. I strongly believe a woman should be measured for a bra every six months, no matter what her size. They are very immaculate and observe strict COVID-19 protocols, serving one customer at a time, sanitizing between customers, requiring hand sanitizing upon entering and wearing face masks. The owners and staff have never disappointed me! read more

Ladies this is what you've been waiting for. I came here yesterday for a bra fitting party. Our original appointment time was 3:00 p.m.but all the ladies arrived at 4:30 p.m. The owners were so pleasant and didn't rush us. I have a drawer full of bras that are ill fitted so I was looking forward to this experience. Gail, my fitter did not disappoint. She was on it. I normally wear a 34DD but I was surprised at what my size was in other bras and the fit was AMAZZZZINNNNGGGG. Gail was so patient and sweet. I ended up getting 2 bras and she made a wish list of some others that I really liked. read more

How can I start this review of this wonderful place and these amazing ladies! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful and amazing these women are or the service they provide . Helpful and knowledgable with a large selection to choose from. You definitely will see a difference when fitted properly , it makes you look like you lost at least 10 lbs and who couldn't use that! If you haven't been to them yet stop what your doing and go go go it will change your life , seriously. Their shop is beautiful the owners wonderful funny and friendly I love them so much!! read more

With the past two years of pandemic, I've put on some weight and needed some new bras. I was helped by Kaleah and it was a great experience. She made me feel very comfortable and helped me find several great bras. I didn't feel rushed or made to feel self-conscious. I'd highly recommend Measured to Fit and Kaleah! read more

I come here often for bra fitting, since my bra size tends to fluctuate often. They are SUPER helpful and non judgmental when assisting me, whether my size has gone up or down. They carry a WIDE range of sizes, which is excellent since I have a very large cup size that I can never find anywhere else, including online. They have become like family and I will continuing to sing their praises and recommend them to every woman I know. read more

This shop is a life saver. I came there the first time because a group of friends organized a bra-fitting party. For that day, the lovely ladies closed the shop early to be able to focus on our group. Each of us got fitted and were happy to purchase an item that really fitted us. What struck me most on that day was the dedication of these ladies. One of my friends was in the fitting room for close to a hour, yet the ladies were patient and helped her until she found something that fit. I came at a later day with my mom because she was in need of a good bra. Once again, these ladies did not disappoint. They took their time to help my mom and were very patient with her (my mom does not speak English so I had to be the translator for both parties). My mom was very happy and satisfied with her purchase and only relies on bras she get from that shop since then. I also got a few pieces from them. They have durable and unique pieces. Their service is nice, personable and refreshing. They make shopping for bra an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend that place. read more

I've never actually written a Yelp review, but Measured to Fit and all the women who work there were fantastic so I just had to share. I was in the area for a family wedding when I discovered that my convertible bra had broken. This was about seven hours before the wedding, and I wear a very difficult to find size, so I couldn't just run to a department store. I called Measured to Fit and was told they only do appointments, but they were able to squeeze me in at 2.30 that day (they close at 3 and the wedding was at 4). I took a shower, grabbed my dress, and got to the shop. I'm sorry I've since forgotten the name of the woman who helped me, but she was great! She asked what size bra I was wearing, took one look at me, went to the rack, and came back with a strapless bra - it fit perfectly. This was literally the first time in my life that someone fit me on the first try. She helped me get into my dress to make sure the bra worked, and when it did I asked her to just cut off the tags I was wearing it out. The other women wanted to see the dress and the fit and I got some great approval. And then I went to pay, assuming it was going to be very expensive because of my size, and having not even looked at the tag. It was totally reasonably priced - about half of what I was expecting it to be. If you find yourself near Wappingers Falls needing a bra, especially if you have a hard to find size, I totally recommend going to Measure to Fit. I'll definitely be back if I'm nearby. read more

I had a very confusing and disappointing experience with this shop. I went in March for a fitting and thought the shop and staff were lovely. They were going to place an order for me that they said would be in a week or so. After three weeks I called and left and a message and sent an e-mail and there was no response. I called again a few days later and was told that they had just received a shipment and that my order might be in the box and they would call me. I was trying to be patient so I waited a few more weeks (now a total of 7 weeks). I sent them an e-mail and facebook message telling them that I would have to make other arrangements if my order was still not in. Again, no response. I have no idea what is going on with this shop but I am really disappointed. I was hoping they would be my boutique for swimwear and lingerie. read more

I would love to say I love this place. The two ladies who run it are lovely. Beverly is the one I worked with. In store she was warm, personable and spent plenty of time with me. But follow up was awful. I waited months for the bra to come in for my daughter's wedding. I called and never received a call back. Emails were unanswered. Finally the woman who owns the dress shop where I bought my mother of the bride dress called them. Lame, unbelievable excuses. They finally produced ONE bra for me to try instead of the several I was told would come in for me to try. No mention of the bathing suit I also ordered or the two every day bras I bought that really hurt even though I followed their break-in instructions. I'm still waiting for a phone call from Beverly because she promised to find a bra that would work for me. Meanwhile I'm stuck with 3 very expensive bras that don't really work. This has been going on since June 8th. It's now Sept 14. They don't do refunds, only store credit but at this point I would really like my money back for at least 2 of the 4 bras I own because I don't think they are ever going to come up with a viable solution. read more

Scheduling a fitting for myself and a friend through the Facebook page was so easy and they were quick with a response. The fitting itself was really fantastic. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, really wanting to make sure that we found what fit best and was most comfortable, as well as matching our style preferences. There was no sales push, but the incentives to buy in store rather than another retailer or online are great. I have already recommended the shop to a few friends, it was such a comfortable and pleasant experience. read more

My daughter and I have been struggling for years trying to find bras that fit us and are comfortable. I finally went to get professionally measured , we've been measured by Vicki's before and a few other stores but it never turned out well. I have to say that I finally know my real size which I was off by 3 cup sizes!!!! I feel great my girls feel great and I look so much better. My daughter too!!! These ladies were awesome!!!! I recommend them to ANYONE!!! Yes we paid 60$ per bra but the 40$-50$ bras at Vicki's can't even come close to the way these make me feel!!! read more

I have nothing but rave reviews for Measured to Fit. I worked with Gail and she was a delight. She explained everything so well in a friendly, pleasant and professional way. And the best part was that she put me in a well fitting and comfortable bra- on the first try! I highly recommend checking it out! read more

Was there yesterday and walked out of the store with two new great fitting, pretty bras! I had a great experience, staff was lovely, knowledgeable, helpful. I am sorry that other reviewers had a bad experience here. Of course I didn't order anything, but I was happy to shop here, will do it again. Also felt great to go to a local business, supporting the local business owners instead of Victoria's Secret. Will bring my sister here and will refer to friends who have been having problems getting the right bra. I say, give the shop a try - or give it another try! read more

I had an amazing experience at Measured to Fit last Friday. These women know their business and Gail was fanastic. I had measured myself based on directions from a bra website and they calculated 36 DD. Gail got my correct size just looking at me and my correct size is 34i. For the 1st time ever, I finally have bras that fit me right!! Bought 3 bras and left their shop one happy woman. I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back. read more

I had lost all hope that I could find a bra to fit me. I owe the world to Beverly and Gail. Beverly worked with me for two hours and even after they were closed. These women truly want what's best for you and won't quit until you find it. I've never seen such a wide variety of bras in my life. I had been the wrong size for years (thanks a lot Victoria's Secret). What these women do is literally a science and they seriously know their stuff. I can't say enough about this place. If you don't think you'll ever find a bra to fit you properly, you need to visit this place. Totally worth the near hour drive. Keep up the great work ladies! read more

I had a good experience with these ladies. I needed a bustier for a off the shoulder/low backed dress. I have bigger "assets" and need support. I forget the name of the lady who helped me, but she spent about an hour with me trying difference bras and bustiers until I found the perfect one for the dress (which I brought and tried on with each candidate). The price was on the higher end, but considering her time sizing me properly and picking suitable bustiers it was definitely overall a value. I would recommend them to anyone who is difficult to size, has a rare size, or needs a particular bra/bustier for a low cut dress. read more

The owners of this boutique are lovely but be aware that they are business women and exchanges are only made with tags still on the garment. I felt I was given no style options and my sizing was a bad guess made by the sales women. My advise would be to wear the bra with the tags on until you are sure it's the correct fit and style, 4 hours at the least! Fit changes as you settle into the bra. Ask to try on a few different styles, don't assume the sales person knows best. During my second visit to find a bra the sales women pulled the tags off before I left the store because I said it seemed good...I now own a $70.00 ill fitting bra, the owner suggested I wear in my garden. read more

I made a last minute appointment with them to try to get a strapless bra for my wedding dress fitting (I lost track of time and the fitting appointment snuck up on me). They were very accommodating about getting me in for the fitting, but that the last of the good customer service. I ordered a bra and was told that it would take two weeks for it to come in since they order it from Europe so I thought that was very reasonable. Meanwhile they sent me home with a strapless boustea to wear during my fitting (this bra was HUGE on me even though they said it would fit exactly the same as the bra they ordered it did not fit correctly at all). The lady doing my dress fitting said to come back with the correct bra so I can be fitted properly. After almost three weeks I called Beverly back and explained my situation to her emphasizing that my dress lady was on a tight timeline and needed to get me fitted with the proper bra. Beverly said she would contact her representative and would call me back. She never called me back, so the next day I called her, but she was with another client at the time, the receptionist asked Beverly how long until she would call me back, Beverly said 10 minutes that she is just finishing up. I wanted 45 minutes before calling back AGAIN and Beverly still was not available (by this point I am extremely mad). I asked the receptionist to please put Beverly on the phone because this is unacceptable, so she did. Beverly told me that she would call me back once the shop was closed so she can sit down and sort this out with me without any interruptions. YET AGAIN I never received a phone call from her, and when I called her the next day her excuse was that she had a bra fitting party that night which did not get over until late. She had to know this when she told me earlier that she would call me back when the shop was closed, so I felt like she just kept telling me stuff to keep me quiet and it was all a show of "great" customer service (the service was terrible). I told them I needed my bra by June 30th because I have a fitting, but the bra was still not in by then and I had to push my appointment back yet again. FINALLY I got my bra after about 5 weeks and 2 unnecessary visits. I had asked about a discount for my inconvenience and Beverly told me that if she receives a discount from her representative than she will be more than happy to pass it on to me. This is HORRIBLE customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone and they sure will not be getting any of my business! read more
