However, as the groom, I absolutely did not have to endure a 'bridezilla.' Jacqueline and Darryl were the primary factors for this. Jacqueline was at every dress fitting, and the bridal shower. She helped form the strategic plan, but was on point with the smallest of details. The contacts they had for every imaginable service made planning a breeze. Although they are very busy (for obvious reasons), they promptly replied to every email, text message and phone call. They went above and beyond to serve as referee, counselor, mediator, and fixer. I cannot accurately describe how reassuring it is having a go-to (or two) to put out any fires or better yet, prevent them before they started. For brides-to-be, you will not find a better planner with more solid contacts in the industry. For grooms, cut the check! In retrospect I would have paid triple what they charged for the quality of life and piece of mind leading up to the events, and for the smile on the face of my beautiful bride on the day of. Every detail was handled with precision and care--from crafting a daily itinerary of winter activities like skiing, ice skating, and dogsledding, to orchestrating a spectacular birthday bash complete with shuttle service for guests, stunning décor, catering for food and beverages, a fantastic DJ, photographer, and even fun photo booths. The list of what she managed is endless! What truly stood out was Jacque's professionalism and calm confidence throughout the entire process. Even when things were uncertain, she never wavered. Jacque made me feel completely supported, as if I had a trusted partner who always had my back. Her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and keep everything running smoothly ensured that I could relax and enjoy every moment knowing I was in good hands. If you're looking for someone who combines creativity, organization, and grace under pressure, Jacque at Lifetime Events by Jacqueline is the one. They do no sort of tailoring other than hemming. Everything looked huge and boxy on me and my groomsman. Also, these tuxes are very Used! The shoe laces looked like they were chewed on by a dog and you could see the hem on the pants from the outside because they were done so bad. When I asked if I could have better tailoring(raise armpits of jacket, tailor pants to leg) I was told they don't do that type of tailoring. Wish they would have said that when I booked Them! I tried to stay local but should have just gone to men's warehouse or Jos a bank. Overall, if you got this for prom it may be acceptable, but these are not wedding tuxedos.

The communication from A Perfect Blend in the year leading up to our wedding was wonderful--any question we had, they answered right away. Their online planning portal was also so incredibly helpful for figuring out exactly what we wanted for music and how the flow of the day would go! And when we finally got to the day, DJ Mario was amazing! He did a perfect job of blending me and my husband's music tastes and playing crowd pleasers that got everyone hyped and on the dance floor. He dropped so many bangers during our first dance set that our Best Man turned to us and said "this playlist is TOO good! I can't sit down!" Mario kept the reception flowing perfectly, and I was THRILLED when he handed me the mic for a little karaoke session. It was truly the most fun I've ever had! I would recommend Mario and A Perfect Blend to literally everyone--I hope I get to go to a wedding DJ'd by them soon!

I'd fully recommend this service if you're looking for a wedding or event DJ - they asked questions we wouldn't have thought of (age group of our guests - suggested where to do the cake cutting to make sure the dance floor didn't empty out, etc), which made our lives easier during this hectic time. 10/10 for sure!!!

Faith Ferguson is a wedding planner extraordinaire. At our first meeting, she walked us through her…read moreprocess, discussed our budget with us in a comfortable yet productive way and made sure to understand what was most important to us on our big day. From there, Faith procured a contract that was specifically designed to our needs and budget, which took away the need for multiple rounds of negotiations and revisions. When it comes to Faith, she makes everything easy. Once we officially started working with Faith, it was off to the races. She was diligent, giving us multiple checklists and timelines of what tasks we needed to complete and associated due dates. This helped us stay organized and gave us the direction we needed. Nevertheless, she still walked us through each item to make sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. She helped us negotiate numerous vendor agreements, saving us thousands of dollars in the process. One thing I loved about working with Faith - she introduced us to several wonderful vendors, but also had no problem working with vendors we found on our own. Faith is the ultra-professional. You know those horror stories you hear from friends of thousands of dollars of unexpected costs coming up in the last couple of weeks leading to their wedding? We were done planning everything and had the last month to spare, allowing us to truly enjoy the final weeks leading up to our big day. Faith had every single detail covered; there are no surprises with Faith. Faith's problem solving ability is what I'd say most distinguishes her from other professionals in the space. When we second guessed some of the choices we had made - Faith was there to speak to the vendors and make sure they would adjust their plans around what we needed. More than anything - Faith was an emotional rock for us. She understands how weddings can exacerbate difficult family dynamics and she helped us ensure everyone remained excited and positive about the big day. At the wedding - Faith jumped into action. We did not worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Every vendor arrival, setup detail, timeline concern - Faith was on it. She organized the whole day like a pro and by the time we arrived to our venue, it was sparkling. The entire day went off without a hitch - again, no surprises with Faith. She kept our bridal party and family informed of the timeline and made sure we didn't fall behind, which is no easy feat. We had the night of our lives and were worry free- we just knew Faith had it all handled. Not a single thing went wrong on our big day and that's completely a testament to Faith. If you're looking for the wedding planner that has it all - look no further, Faith is it!
