With 24 hours to go, Abby returned my call. She opened her shop and within an hour, had the alterations done. She could have charged me anything but only charged for the hour's work! He made it seem like he was the only person in the city capable of making this tux look good. When I called back for the second fitting, I was told to just pick up the tuxedo. That was the beginning of the disaster. I got it home to discover the pants wouldn't even close, and the shirt sleeves were FOUR inches too short on each arm. I called immediately, and they told me to bring him back in -- which I did, trusting they'd fix it. Instead, they sent my 5-year-old home looking like he raided a clown's closet. The replacement tuxedo had a shirt down to his knees, pants comically baggy, and a jacket hanging off his shoulders like he was playing dress-up. The sleeves were now so long, they rolled them up and pinned them with cufflinks. Seriously. This tuxedo is an embarrassment, and the service is worse. I paid $250 to rent this joke of a tuxedo, and when I called to express how unacceptable the situation was, Jon refused to do anything about it. No refund. No apology. Just arrogance. I found a perfectly fitting tuxedo at Macy's for half the price. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. This place is a scam dressed up in false promises and ill-fitting jackets. Suit Issues: * All 9 rental suits arrived in the wrong sizes due to incorrect measurements taken by the shop. Several groomsmen recognized the measurements were off at the time, which is why I proactively provided correct sizes in advance, yet the suits still came in wrong. * Both fathers' purchased suits were also incorrect (pants several sizes too large, vest too small). * The groom's suit had to be purchased elsewhere days before the wedding after multiple failed reorders. * Most notably, one groomsman was given the wrong suit color entirely (the groom's color), which was only discovered on the wedding day. This is clearly visible in photos and should have been caught prior to pickup. * Groomsmen had to make multiple trips to the shop due to ongoing errors and limited business hours. Dress & Alteration Issues: * My bustle failed within an hour, forcing me to hold my dress for the remainder of the night. As shown in photos, I had to physically hold the gown to keep it off the ground, which made dancing and moving around uncomfortable and even left marks on my arm the next day. * The cups in my gown were not fully sewn, and a strap was sewn on twisted. * A visible tag showed through my dress, which I had to cut out myself on the wedding day after it was dismissed by the owner during my final fitting. * My maid of honor's dress was altered so poorly it was unwearable. * Additional bridesmaid issues included incorrect hemming, poor fit adjustments, and repeated zipper failures. Customer Experience: * When I came for final pickup, I was met with aggressive and confrontational behavior, including raised voices and items being slammed, bringing me to tears just days before my wedding. * Despite clear errors, I was told I would be charged for reorders caused by their mistakes. * After the wedding, the shop refused accountability, declined refunds, and instead contacted a groomsman directly rather than addressing the impact on us as the couple. As a group, we spent over $3,000, and the experience was stressful, disorganized, and far below what should be expected for a wedding vendor.
