Ok. So this was my first pair of lulu lemons that I had purchased. I was excited and willing to splurge. Heard miracles about them. Went to the store. Guy ONLY cared to show me 1 TYPE OF LEGGIN!!!! wouldn't even educate me, or help me find something else. Or even my size!.. moving along. He recommended I purchase the wrong size! And my stupid ass Thinking "this man knows, maybe I've been wearing leggings wrong my entire life!" Listened to him!! moving along... I GOT A UTI FROM THAT DISGUSTING STORE!!!!!!!! Horrible over-reach by the company and store employees. I came to the Danbury mall to do some Christmas shopping, during my visit I went into numerous stores ranging from high to low end establishments without a single issue.. As I attempted to enter lulu lemon to purchase a yoga mat I was stopped at the door by two employees, who instructed me to use hand sanitizer before entering. As odd as this was I complied. The second employee then said I was unable to come in due to the style of my mask and attempted to have me change it before entering. This is ridiculous on so many levels. I did not go off on the employee, understanding that she was just doing her job, but come on lulu? Are you serious..? Not only are you going to dictate that I use your hand sanitizer, I need to use your mask as well? No thank you! You lost a sale that day. read more

If anyone knows me, they know that I am a lululemon addict. I was a little sad that I wasn't able to make it down here for their grand opening. My cousin saw it in the paper, she lives in Ridgefield, and she sent me a message. She is super sweet. I live in Longmeadow, MA, so it's a drive to get to this shop. I loved they way the store was designed. Outside of the shop, the walls were made up of reclaimed wood. There is a cute chalk board posted in the back, where you can submit recommendations on stock, color suggestions, or whatever you think of. I came here to exchange a jacket that I bought online, it was the Bordeaux fluffy blanket jacket. I read all the reviews that suggested you to size up. I'm normally a four, so I ordered a six. It turned out looking horrible on me. So I called this shop on a Monday, since I planned on visiting my cousins that following weekend. They were able to hold the only four they had in stock for me until that Sunday. Score! I went in the shop and asked for the Jacket and she already had it sitting behind the register. I tried it on and was rather disappointed with the jacket. I made me look like an eight year old trying on mommy's jacket. So the employees helped me figure out what I should get that had more of the look I was looking for. I have a few of the puffed pieces, so I wasn't really interested in that. One of the girls suggested the briskly biker jacket. They didn't have one in stock, but one of the employees just happened to have one that she wore to work that morning. She was nice enough to let me try her coat, and man, it was gorgeous! I loved it!!! They exchanged my jacket, got me a gift card and made an order for me, the jacket arrived a few days later at my house! It was such a quick and easy process! I went in there to have them fix 2 small holes in my leggings and left with a complete butchered job. I can't even wear them anymore because the stitching on the inside is so insanely uncomfortable. I have been going to this store for a little while now and I have to say that I will NEVER shop there again. I have bought a pair of leggings from them before and the quality was great so I bought another pair of leggings from them a week ago. They were defective, but I only noticed it after I wore them so they automatically did not let me even EXCHANGE them. After I told the woman how ridiculous it is that I paid over a hundred dollars for defective leggings, she then lets me exchange them but rips the tag off the new ones right there and says I can't do it again. Horrible customer service, policies, AND employees. I will definitely be finding somewhere else to buy my next pair of leggings. read more
