She is incredibly organized, thoughtful, professional, has a great eye for design and is just generally a delight to work with. I cannot recommend her enough, you will not regret hiring her. My husband (!) and I just got married this past weekend and man did Kayleigh do a fantastic job. Having gone through the process now I would say the most important thing to look for in a planner is organization, which Kayleigh has in spades. The planning process unfortunately coincided with a very stressful time for me career-wise (finishing grad school, job searching and then starting a new job). It took such a weight off my shoulders just being able to trust 100% that Kayleigh was on top of everything. Meeting with her was always a delight and she went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Also she did an excellent job designing the wedding. That was really the last thing I wanted to think about and Kayleigh took a half baked Pinterest board and some off hand comments I made and turned it into a detailed design board that perfectly captured what I wanted. The month of the wedding was where I really realized how out of our depths we would have been without her. There were so many more details that needed to be planned than I realized, particularly around the timeline. Kayleigh joined us for calls with our vendors and countless times she would ask questions that were absolutely critical but never occurred to me to ask. We even got compliments from our other wedding vendors about how exceptionally organized and on top of everything she was. I'm truly so grateful we decided to hire her, if my husband and I had been steering that ship it would have been an absolute disaster. We are pretty organized people but we also have demanding jobs and simply would not have been able to do it all and do it well. And on the day itself she really blew everyone away. Kayleigh has a real talent for herding cats (our family) with a gentle hand. She got everyone and everything where it needed to go and the day went off without a hitch. Some special highlights include making sure my mother in law had a comfortable place to stand for her speech because she was nervous about losing her balance, making sure I had a moment alone before the ceremony when I was freaking out and our whole families crashed the room we were in, and many more. Plus I'm sure there were many things she did for us behind the scenes that I didn't even see. Honestly the day was pretty perfect and a large part of that is thanks to Kayleigh. Additionally for florals we worked with Jessica from Wild Blooms. She was great to work with and very willing to work within our budget (florals was one of the places we were looking to save money and she was very kind and supportive about that). She was very professional and a lovely person, I would definitely recommend her.

She took her time showing dresses upon dresses for my daughter. Taking time to talk about each and every designer and giving us as many details as possible. There were many gowns to choose from. Jessica was relaxed and made us all feel at home. My daughter tryed many dresses and now has a sense of what she really likes. We never felt rushed. We called the bank they had too issue the money back into our bank account and cancel our debit card as a fraud. Shame on this store putting customers up for this game. Walked into DSW in the Galleria Mall in Middletown NY looking for a pair of Clarkes. Stopped a…read moreshort, wig wearing African person and asked where the bedroom/ house shoes were. Without taking her hands off her cart, and taking her eyes off the device she was using, she decided not to look up at me, she pointed and said "in the back on the wall". Ok, rude. She wasn't helping anyone that was evident or to be seen but ok, maybe today is just not her day. I walked to the back and saw the bedroom shoes on the wall. Still didn't see what I was looking for. A pale face, greasy haired woman was approaching me so I decided to ask her. As she approached I began speaking so I could ask about my shoes and she walked right past me without saying a word. When she heard me say "okaaaayyy" she then said, without looking at me " I'll be back. I'm helping someone else" and she kept going. She radioed someone and I was left there standing in the boot section. The short, wig wearing person approached me again and I guess she was coming to help. But she just looked at me like I was ruining her day of fingering her device. So I decided not to accept any help and I walked out. I've already unsubscribed for any emails and stopped all text. I'll shop where I'm welcomed and appreciated.

Today I bought two pairs of quality leather flats, a pair of brand new sneakers, and a beautiful pair of suede boots for the office. I spent $197 and was given a $20 gift card to use in the next month. So basically I only paid $177 hours. The sneakers alone were only $20 yes. You can't go anywhere and spend only $20 on sneakers now. The average price tag of sneakers is $65 if not more. Very happy. All shoes fit great!

Found this outlet store completely by accident in Woodbury. I love this designer brand and found…read moresome incredible bargains of dresses I adored, bought in the past couple years and then lost too much weight to wear. This outlet had the smaller sizes and because the dresses were a couple seasons old, bought them for $25 (much less than the $180 retail I paid originally). The staff is very nice and helpful. I walked out with four amazing dresses and the feeling that I can count on the All Saints outlet for great customer service and friendly advice when trying to narrow down selections (because there is a large amount of stock in this store!). I don't think it happens that often but there was an outstanding 50% off sale going on yesterday. Definitely one of my must hits when I go to Woodbury now.

And she did! My dress had a lot of lace in it, was big in the chest and the long sleeves were baggy but once she was done with it I LOVED the way it fit. I also had her lower the neckline a bit, she hemmed it and she added a bustle. I got SO many compliments on it and wish I could wear it every day. She made me feel so comfortable through out the process as well. I highly recommend using Betsy for your alterations!
