I called again & was told they were no longer available & they would issue me a refund & I should receive a check in 3-5 days. It's been weeks & I still don't have a refund. You have had my money for 2 1/2 months & I still haven't received the product or a refund. Every time I call customer service to speak to a supervisor I'm told I can't. My daughter went today to get the low Jordan 11s and of course she called me saying the same woman told her she can not use her coupon, upsetting her. I called cooperate and they are opening an investigation because this is the only store we have a problem with, not Danbury nor Fordham. It was a super cute store and I would recommend spending enough time here to see all of the things that they have to sell. I bought a few things including a pillow mist and a tea towel. The women behind the counter was very kind and wrapped it all up very nicely as I told her I was giving it as a gift. I look forward to going back to Sierra Lily and seeing what else they have on the shelves!
