When I said I was unhappy with the $500 orthotics he simply refunded my money and didn't offer an explanation of what could have gone wrong or how to fix it. I saw Frank a number of years ago because I was having foot pain and knee pain while running. He had me stand on a bunch of shoe inserts, decide which one felt best, and then put my feet into this vacuum suctioning machine to press the shoe insert onto a piece of plastic. I thought this was somehow fitting my foot for the insert. The inserts really helped. Almost 10 years later I came back into town, and made a beeline for his store (in a new location now). the inserts really helped me before, and my knee pain has been bad again. We went through the same process, but this time, when he put my foot into the vacuum suctioning machine, it really hurt. I endured the 1st foot because I knew that it helped so much before, but on 2nd foot, I told him it was really hurting. He told me to stop being a baby. When he finally took my foot out of the suctioning thing, the machine had sprained it. I could barely walk on either foot for a solid eight weeks (January and February. By March I could walk again, and April and May have been me trying to figure out new inserts for my feet because now they are much more flat footed. I looked online and realized that that machine was completely unnecessary. They sell those same inserts already assembled online! So basically I sprained my feet for no reason! He did apologize for what he said and, in fairness, I had develop a connective tissue disorder since the previous encounter, and that's probably why my feet felt different the second time around, BUT The way he left me there with my feet in that thing while he helped other people, and then when I needed him to take my feet out his attitude was so dismissive and rude really bothered me. And now that I know that that machine is completely unnecessary it bothers me that it's even there! Maybe it's supposed to make you think that your foot is being fitted when really that step is not necessary at all? Frank and the inserts did help me at one point, so I'll give this a two star review, instead of a one, but the pain and disability I am still recovering from, and the fact that it was completely unnecessary, that still angers me, and people should know. Frank is knowledgeable, but make sure no one else is there, because he will multitask and you will miss out. Also, don't do the suction thing! It isn't necessary, it hurts, and it may even cause lasting damage! read more

We ordered my daughter sneakers back in November 2019. The first pat, which we declined and rightfully so, was priced, overpriced, at $500 but we accepted Plan B at $150. Time went on, no email, no phone call until we called and the cosmetic answer " No information yet " is what we constantly heard. Funny, they were quick enough to take my money but very lazy in following up. Finally, enough is enough, keep your product that we will probably never get, and got refunded. Bad communication and awful time between taking our money and actually getting the product, which never happened. My regret is zero stars is not an option here. I would have had better luck putting 2 olive oil cans on my daughters feet. read more

Horrible service. I don't know what happened because we've always had good experiences. I ordered a pair of work boots and it just spiraled from there. I waited to follow up until 2 weeks had gone by. I was told that they should have them in the next day. I called back the next day and they said they still didn't have them but would call when they came in. Another week or so had gone by, I called again and was told that I they are on back order and would ship out a few days from then. I waited again only to be told that the boots were out of stock and a different pair had to be ordered. I waited again for the replacement to come in, called again and was told they they didn't know what happened but they would look into it and call by the end of the day with an update, I never got a call. 2 more days went by, I called and was told that they'd have to reach out to their sales rep and would call me back. Again, no call. I finally had enough and canceled my order with them. I called 5 days later to make sure that everything was canceled and I would be getting a refund but was told that a refund was never processed. All this and I never once received a simple apology. Their focus is custom fitment, so this is the place to go to get accurate measurement for shoes, boots, and sneakers. The on-hand shoe selection is somewhat limited, and mostly higher-end work boots (in the $400-$500 range) and athletic shoes, but they do custom orders of practically anything. According to Frank's website he books appointments. I was impressed with his online information and expertise. I phoned for an appointment since I was traveling a distance. I was psyched to go there. A week later I was respectfully punctual for my appointment. Frank kept me waiting 1.5 hrs. I stayed while he served many customers because he was recommended and I needed help. He finally saw me after the last customer left. He never apologized and was huffy. After his quick evaluation, I decided to get a pair of sneakers. He oversold me on an in store orthotic which was just a grade above a Dr Scholl's insert. Ultimately the sneakers were painful and I wanted to return them since he has a 30 day policy. After 3 attempts to reach Frank to discuss, he has not followed up. This is bad business and if I could give less than 1 star I would! Frank is basically an egotistical know it all! read more

If you are looking for service in getting the right fit in your shoes, or getting orthotics made for you. Not cheap but someone has to pay for actual "service and custom fitting". VERY UNPROFRESSIONAL!! Too bad cause I was willing to spend hundreds if I needed to. He lost a lot of money today. Good place to get a foot infection. Have people walking on dirty floors and surfaces. I went to school for massage therapy and reflexology. If this guy was a professional he'd have cleanable surfaces. I didn't see any isopropyl around nor did he clean the area after the last person. He had a kid with foot fungus putting his bare feet into shoes without any socks or protection. If I get something growing on my feet I'll be taking legal action as my fiance is an attorney. To top it off he asked my fiancé if she was my mother. She doesn't look that old. Very disrespectful. I came in with an appointment and he wasn't even giving me any service after he insulted us. I eventually just had to get up and leave. I couldn't give my business after all of that. So I was promised my order would arrive on Thursday at 11 AM, and at 3:30 PM I received an email from Frank the owner stating that the order did not arrive. Frank stated that they would arrive on Friday late morning, at 3:38 PM I received another email from Frank saying that they did not arrive and that they would be in Saturday. I did not receive one phone call from Frank only emails, so I had to call Frank to let him know that I was canceling the order. Frank was not apologetic but instead stated that this was not his fault, it was the manufacturer's fault. I understand that there may have been a issue with the manufacturer in the last 3 days but this has been going on for 3 weeks!
