    My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. I got boots, socks and rubber restore and then 20% off all of it. This would be my go to if I'm ever in the need for new rain boots.

    I would give 0 or negative star if I can…read more I walked in the store and wanted to buy a boot, but none of the sale rep had intention to help customers at all. They either talked to each other, or only tried to stock the shelf. Until I walked to the one of the shelf that a lady stocked the boot, I asked if I can see the size of the boot I wanted to tried. The lady said that she was organized the shelf, so I tried to take the box of boot out by myself. Then, she said "which one do you want?" I showed her the one, and she grabbed for me, but gave me the look that I should decide now. Only thing she wanted to do was to organize the shelf. May be her job description was not to help customer at all. Later, I told her that I wanted two boots, and wanted to pay. She took both of the boot to the register. Without saying anything, I asked her that could she please show me the socks that goes well with the blue boot. She ignored and asked me if I finished shopping??? I said that I asked if she can show me the socks?? Then, she said OH I FORGOT!! But still just pointed to some colors next to her. She was so lazy. Then, I tried to find the colors I like by myself, and found it, but it was kid sized. So, I asked her question about women sized, she turned me down by saying that " IF YOU DO NOT TRUST ME, DO NOT ASK ME QUESTION!!!!" So, i just told her that I want to pay for the two boots, and leave. 5 mins after I left the store, I found out that she gave me my boot in a ruined box. It was damaged somehow on one side of the box. The hole was on 75% of the box. She definitely saw it but She did not want to show me. So I walked back to the store and asked either refunded or changed the box for me. She ignored me, and asked someone else to do it. Bad customer service ever. Not sure the company wanted to do anything to these people, because it saw other bad reviews of the store too.
