A about two years ago I went there Looking for a coat as they're were having A sale reduced ! I actually did find a nice one loved It & bought it ! It was a nine coat ! Not too sure if all that Matters now Just a little tweeted out now It was $80.00 when I bought it ! It has come to my attention now the Coat is just starting to fall apart on the Seems ! Just so upset now cause I loved this coat And it's so warm !! So disappointed ! Guess when the weather gets warmer I'm going to have to get it fixed What a pain ! More money going out !! Love Kohl's!! I've been shopping here for many years! It's where I get 95% of my clothes. They recently renovated it and put in a Sephora and moved aisles around. Not happy they changed the juniors section from the front of the store to kinda the middle/back. I also think the section is much smaller. Last time I was there the juniors section was kinda a mess too. They should have more people on the floor organizing it and people who can help you find what your looking for. I mostly shop online at kohl's too since there's a much bigger selection online. read more

What a sad day, having been a Kohls customer for life I'm afraid I'll never be stepping into the store again. Tuesday evening October 8th, as I was checking out at cashier, it became apparent that the tag on my husband's shirt I had found in the clearance section was not attached. Seeing as he had just tried it on in the dressing room I asked him to go back and see if it'd fallen off. While he went back to look for it- this woman had the audacity to accuse me of removing the shirt from a package, insinuating I was lying about finding it in the clearance section. My husband returned with the tag- which had in fact fallen off in the dressing room- and the woman had nothing to say, no apology for the rude and deeply troubling comment she had made. I don't expect my character to come under question while shopping. What a deeply disappointing experience in what had once been a favorite store of mine. read more

Went to this location to return my amazon package. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. The signage wasn't too clear where the customer service desk was so I had to walk around the whole store to get there. The system was down but still very quick and easy. Even got a coupon for 25 percent off my next purchase at kohl's. read more

Placed several orders recently and received most of them as promised. One order shipped separately part via UPS part via Laser Shippers one day later. UPS package received in two days. 13 days later im still waiting on the other one. I call Kohls customer service first rep hung up on me. Called back the other says he cant help and wont contact shipper or give refund. So now im out the money and have to go to another store to buy the gift. Si glad Kohls cares about their customers.... NOT!!!!! Kohls replies to my post online after no one will help me that want me to respond to a message and they have a special team for these matters. Well nope no help. paid for my purchase and Their shipper won't deliver it so Im out my money and no product. DONT BUY FROM KOHLS!!!!!! They only want your money!!!! This store is constantly trashed, which really is a reflection on the customers-people just don't care. But there is no staff- only two sales clerks, one at each register with a line- who are not available to assist on the sales floor. No one available to come to the jewelry counter....and when I did find clerks other than the ones on register, one was one their cell phone, unable to even make eye contact, and the other who was in the men's department was unhelpful. read more

Yes I went black Friday shopping against my better judgment but only to Kohls and only after noon the store was a wreck however my four stars go to the employees they were gracious kind very early and unbelievably nice for the pressure they were under this was a had a good experience with employee from the store. This is one of the worst kohl's stores I've ever shopped at. The store is always trashed, never enough cashiers so the lines take forever and they have the laziest employees. I literally had an associate refuse to help me find something. I rather take the drive down to Ramsey to visit a clean store that is properly staffed. read more

This store has become a total mess. There is so much unpacked merchandise on the selling floor here that one can't even maneuver around them to shop. I don't know what happened to this store. It used to be a nice store, but in the last year or so it has really gone down the tubes. There are never enough registers open with cashiers. No one notices when lines are long to man more machines. I bet they have no one to call to check people out. Also the lady in the returns desk also has to answer phone call of people wanting to talk to departments. I told her the store needed to hire and operator. She agreed. These workers are over worked and the store is a mess. Hardly want to go there anymore. read more

Why I go there I'll never know. Had some clothes I wanted to try on but there very long lines for the fitting room. I asked an associate if they could open up another fitting room but was told that one they don't use and the other they aren't allowed to open. What's the point of having these other fitting rooms if you're not going to use them when the store is busy? I left without buying anything. read more

The girl you have a customer service is snotty and unprofessional. Me as the customer was excited the store was quiet, if you don't want me to jinx it you are possibly in the wrong line of work. Horrible service! 2:00 on a Sunday and they have ONE PERSON working the register. Took a half hour to ring up three customers on line. They need to have more people working or able to jump on the register to help out. Definitely will NOT be going to Middletown Kohls again. read more
