I think some items carry a very negative message for teens and youth. The other designs in their clothing items are cute, nice and funny. It looks like most of their items are for the Goth youth stylish. If you sign in on their website you can get email with coupons. When you buy, do not buy everything on one visit because they always give you $15.00 off coupons for your next visit. I did a good deal on their pants. I like their pants styles and design totally nice. The shirts are really nice, the designs will make you lol. But then again, they also have those shirts that have sort of negative Gothic style.

My size, colorful, fashionable and affordable....I think I was profiled....I was followed from the time I walked in the store....to the time I left...SERIOUSLY!...At first I did try to rationalize it to me maybe just being a little bit to observational myself....but every time I looked up the associate was there, watching me, not offering to help or to make a sale....but REALLY following and watching me ...and mind you, I was deep into finding a blouse...so many to choose from....Had ended up ready to purchase 5 blouses...so when I would look up...the associate was there..not just there...but there watching me....I shook my head and said to myself,,,Nah....she's not following me...I continued to shop...made my way up to the front...to the front of the store(repeated purposely)...walk to the register ready to make a purchase....there was one person in front of me....happened to look up....and there the associate was....standing off to the side watching me....like she was confirming I was making a purchase...this time I said no....she is and was following me....decided I could make a purchase at a store like that....Not everyone walking threw that door is a shop lifter....I will not ever shop in that store !!! When I asked a simple question, the associate in glasses and a black dress thing pointed me toward cubic zirconia in a dismissive way. It was clear from her attitude that she made assumptions about me based on how I look, not on my intentions as a customer. I sat by the cases for over 30 minutes and no one offered assistance. I came prepared to spend money, but I was made to feel that my business didn't matter. All money is green -- and every customer deserves equal treatment, regardless of race or appearance. This experience was not only unprofessional but discriminatory, and I hope it is addressed immediately. 10/3 1:15pm disgusting.

Well maintained on the sales floor with no issues to me with recovery, well cleaned and stocked. Retail doesn't seem to be the same as it use to be, as not too many sales associates are on the floor, and finding assistance can be a side hassle. I was happy to see one employee ask how we were doing and need any help, and said no thank you. Things could be improved slightly, but anything for great manners goes a long way. From the second I walked in, I felt incredibly welcome and was greeted right away. I came in for a store pickup, and Israel was phenomenal. He had true southern hospitality, carefully looked for my package, and apologized for the wait (which wasn't even long at all!). The female retail associate working this Saturday was also very helpful, and I'm only sorry I didn't catch her name to thank her properly. The manager, Anthony, was incredibly professional and attentive. He put a lot of detailed effort into working on our hats exactly as we asked--assisting with reshaping my hat, which had been a little bent from travel, and resizing my loved one's hat. That said, coming from a Texas perspective, I think the store could benefit from some deeper training regarding traditional hat shaping and etiquette to match the team's wonderful enthusiasm. This location easily had the best inventory out of all the Boot Barns I've been to in a long time. The only downside was trying to find a specific pair of jeans I saw on a mannequin in the back. After searching the shelves and racks, I couldn't find them on my own. I know if I had asked anyone, they would have gladly jumped in to help, but I do wish there had been a bit more proactive assistance available on the sales floor.
