Poor Communication and Worse Customer Treatment…read more I called the store on Dec 24 to confirm closing hours before making a long drive. I was told 5 PM. I arrived before then and was turned away because the doors had already been closed. When I returned after Christmas, customers were forced to stand outside for over an hour in freezing temperatures while it snowed. There were heaters, but only one was working--and it was positioned for the door employee, not the customers. The rest of the line had no heat at all. After waiting through all of that, they were out of the size I needed. Extremely disappointing experience, especially given the brand's pricing and reputation.

My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry."
