I ask sale associate about the bag and he said they don't have it. There are some small amount of YSL bags and not really popular one. Although I have to save for months and months to finance even one visit to this amazing gem of a store, it is so worth it. The sales team here is amazing and super helpful. I always seem to find some fantastic and unusual piece. On my most recent visit I found some incredible mink sandals. Have only worn them once thus far but the compliments were never-ending. First off, the girls at this store are superb! Thank you to Lydia, Shirley and their wonderful manager Stephanie! I purchased some beautiful items here through the phone and was always greeted and had everything I needed shipped to me timely! It's easy, convenient and boom! A couple of texts and it's done! When there was a problem with FedEx, Stephanie called them multiple times to ensure I would receive my belt! Lydia sent me things she thought I would like - per my request, and although I did not end up buying, I did remember how courteous she was. This is a chain, and Ive never had such a super amazing experience that I can upgrade from A-OK (my standard for chains), however, this place is great. The store is super well organized and super clean and sleek. Walking in is just a pleasure. The leather wallets gleam and you can just imagine one in your hand. I like this outlet simply because of the deals you could get and the friendly customer service. But I have never made a purchase until now. I bought the most beautiful shoes!... I spend some time trying them on and was happy that the sales associate wasn't making comments even though he was hovering over us while I was considering the purchase. What kind of got me was when we finally went to the register to purchase the gentleman helping us was suddenly indifferent, he asked if we wanted water.... and brought out only one bottle even though my partner was right by me the whole time. Would have been nice if they didn't come off this cheap. In addition he but my shoes in a ULINE paper black bag.... I guess I didn't deserve a YSL shopping bag. I was happy with everything up until I was up at the register paying, I didn't realize how cheapened I would feel while purchasing. Unpleasant feeling after leaving the store. Should have felt happy and excited leaving the store. Very disappointed with the treatment. Haven't experienced this with any other high-end store at Woodbury. read more

Love this store! They don't sell "factory versions" of their products. It's all legit YSL items that are from previous seasons. Since I'm not one of those women who always has to wear current season designer items, this store is amazing for me. It's very organized, the sales associates are friendly, the items are gorgeous and don't look like floor samples. The thing that I enjoyed the most about the store was the fact that the sales associates weren't pushy. The man that helped me even brought out another color of the shoe that I was looking at simply because it was on sale. No snootiness what so ever. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Kristine was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products that were available. One of my favorite stores at Woodbury Commons. When you first enter, the shoes are immediately on your left and right against the wall. A nice pair of leather booties were 1/2 off... $500! So cheap! They then have leather goods and the cashier in the middle. In the vey back is the Saint Laurent clothing collection... all pieces that I dream of one day! :) Simply exquisite, timeless, and beautiful! read more

Update June 21, 2016 I went to this amazing store twice in one day. The customer service is out of this world! Jared greeted me and helped me try on handbags. He is a top notch employee- very friendly and knew all of the prices off the top of his head. He gave helpful suggestions for my everyday use. I didn't buy a bag, but I had my eyes on shoes. I saw the prices and wanted to mull it over while I shopped. It was also my last stop on my way out of Woodbury. Jared welcomed me back and was again very friendly and attentive.Jared ofered my husband san pellegrino while I was walking around Lydia helped me with a gorgeous pair of Jane sandals that I ended up purchasing. Jared offered my husband and me bottles of San Pellegrino while I was walking around the store in the sandals. The other employee (an Asian man) was also very friendly and attentive.
