This was my first time at this Prada store, located at the Woodbury Commons outlets. Last time I visited, the line to get in was very long and it was chilly outside, so we skipped it. Thankfully, this time the weather was beautiful and we only waited in line for a matter of minutes! It's a pretty large store and we were really excited about the shoes. I scored a pair of ballet flats that were around 50 percent less than what you'd get them for normally. The bags didn't seem to be as marked down, but maybe they'll have a bigger sale closer to the holidays. The store associates were all very helpful and attentive. Woodbury Commons was packed so we did have to wait to get in. Staff were friendly and helpful. They answered our questions and took the time to help us select the perfect Birthday gift. Will definitely be back. Items are discounted but are not as deeply discounted as other high end designer stores in the mall. Felt like I got better service here than at full retail store. read more

$$$$$. Even though this is located at an "outlet" its still going to set you back a bit. But, if you're a fan of Prada, you can score boots for $600, or handbags for $1000. Its fun to walk around and look at the classy stuff. Fortunately I'm more of a lower end person, so I wasn't tempted to buy. read more

The cashiers/ people at the desk are so rude, it's ridiculous. This place isn't worth it.

There is no customers in the store, and they still make you wait on a line outside the store. It's so stupid. 5 potential customers left the line while we were waiting. These elitist attitudes have got to stop. What is the point of having a store when you won't let the people in to shop. read more

Although I don't wear much Prada, or carry Prada bags, one of my all time favorite wallets is a Prada. Haven't used it in a while, but still have it and it will come back into sue soon IM sure. Great quality. Timeless style. Having said that, this store is seriously pricy. Yes, its an outlet, but the prices seem very high to me. Walking in can be hit or miss, depends who is working. Also hit or miss on the number and styles of shoes and boots. The bags are those you would expect to see. Prada will probably remain a style I love to look at, and would happily receive as a gift, but cant bring myself to spend the money on. 3 stars, chain. 1906 read more

I love this store. Great deals great sales reps. If you are ever at Woodberry commons definitely go check out the store. This is one of the Gems of the outlet. When you get there make sure you ask for Ivy she's the best Sales Rep they have. read more

The staff at this store was friendly and attentive. Kimberly (supervisor) was especially helpful with everything that I needed. I'm not sure how she can manage all of the people traffic in that store. There was one gentleman who assisted her who's name I didn't catch, but he was quick to show me everything that I asked for. Prices: 1/5 --- for shoes, you will almost always have much better luck at the end-of-season sales at Barneys, Saks, Neiman's, etc. and their online sites. Staff Service: 4/5 -- see below Ambiance: 3/5 -- too many crazy tourists and gawkers who do not intend to buy anything Decor: 4/5 -- excellent, as expected, especially for an outlet location I got lucky but I've been told that this location is not normally this good for shoes. Sizes were *very* sparse, especially if you are a 6.5-7.5. The rest of the selection wasn't terrific... I have a pair of Miu Miu pumps that I purchased elsewhere in late winter for 40% what this outlet was charging a season later. So, if you are looking for a certain pair of shoes that are also in stock at Barneys/Saks/Neimans/etc. you should definitely just wait for the department store sale instead. Despite being an incredibly busy store with many tourists perusing the goods (whether to buy or to gawk only), the staff members are incredibly helpful when you make it clear that you are here to buy. At first, I had to find a staff member to get my size in certain shoes, but after a bit of waiting (well, I'm impatient... it was only a minute), she was pretty attentive and brought me a mini-mountain of boxes with Miu Miu shoes that she thought I'd like. She was very nice with compliments on my outfit (always a smart sales tactic!) and pointed it out to some other staff members as well. I would like to say the experience at this particular location has been good, however I find it severely lacking in customer service. I have been to various Prada stores all over the world both retail and outlet. Obviously the service found at the retail locations exceeds the expectations, l would have expected that the outlet would have a reasonable level of service. It seems since they renovated this location, the service level completely tanked. There have been times I've been in the store where I wasn't greeted or approached at all to ask if I'd like to see something. I once waited a full 5 minutes to ask about a pair of shoes. No-one even said hello! So I left. My latest experience...the salesperson was fine, but did disappear a few times requiring some chasing about sizing. And the best was, when it was time to checkout, there was only 1 cashier!!! The one person ahead of me took quite a long time, but no other reps came to cash me out. It was more than 5 minutes before I was finally able to step up to check out. The rep behind the register didn't even look me in the eye. I seriously think this location needs training in customer service. They really diminish the brand with such awful service. read more

I've been coming here with family and friends for years, never had anything bad to say, but it all changed yesterday. I wish there is a -5 star rating that I can select for this review. The products here and sales people are always great, never disappointing, but apparently not who's managing them!!! Their general Manager -Drew, lacked courtesy, respect for customers, transparency, and totally unethical and unprofessional. I bought a lovely wallet last week during the 4th of July sales, and told a whole bunch of my friends and family about it, they all went and got th same wallet in different color, then one if my family member who went there on Sunday told me that they are doing a special promotion on this wallet- 50% off of what I bought it for, so naturally as a smart shopper who likes a good deal, I immediately thought it's normal and logical to go in and have the price adjust or return what I had bought repurchase it at the lower discounted price ( which all other retailers do, especially since my item wasn't bought as a final sale) and maybe even pick up a few more ad future gifts- it's a win win. Apparently that's not what the manager thinks- being a transparent business & have ethical practice. I'm stunned by how Prada could teach or train their manager this way. He greet it me with disrespect, with no willingness to understand the situation- he told me flat out that's not the case and the color of the wallet I had purchased is not on sale, the sale was only for other colors. This was total BS because all the colors started at the same price when I purchase it a week ago and this promo was for all color of this specific style- which I later confirmed with that sales ppl after they looked into the style number in the computer. Long story short, the Manager Drew hid himself in the back afterable to give me a logical and rational response as to why I can't claim the discount, he later just send his sales ppl to handle the rest of the price investigation and eventually they agreed that I had the right to exchange it and claim my discount. At the end I'm glad things worked out and I left with two more wallets. But the while experience left me in disgust. The manager Drew never apologized, and this whole situation made me feel like He/ Prada is manipulating their customer by no disclosing information and trying to hide things and not being transparent. For someone that had owned retail business myself, This is completely a shock to me,and a disgrace to this industry. Customers are not stupid, you can't fool anyone, especially when you are a reputable and supposedly prestigious brand. This is absolutely the most horrible business practice I've seen yet. read more

The selection is fair and the discounts aren't huge, but you can get a wallet for about $350 which is nearly half off. Service was lovely and professional. Paul S, the sales rep, was super helpful and friendly, as was the lady who rang up my purchase and gave me some extra wrapping bits to because it was a birthday present. read more

One could expect about 30% discounts. But this outlet store doesn't carry Saffiano collection because that is unique to boutique stores. Hence you can only expect a limited collection of other Prada handbags. This limits the variety. Very few options are available in black, which is another frown point. But still you could get a $2000 bag for $1200+$100(taxes). read more
