Seems like all of the tech fleece joggers were snagged before we arrived as there was only 1 pair of joggers left; luckily we were able to get a navy blue fleece tech jacket & for an additional 50% off! So it ended up being less than $50. Line was a little long but moved pretty fast.

So, I asked her question about women sized, she turned me down by saying that " IF YOU DO NOT TRUST ME, DO NOT ASK ME QUESTION!!!!" So, i just told her that I want to pay for the two boots, and leave. 5 mins after I left the store, I found out that she gave me my boot in a ruined box. It was damaged somehow on one side of the box. The hole was on 75% of the box. She definitely saw it but She did not want to show me. So I walked back to the store and asked either refunded or changed the box for me. She ignored me, and asked someone else to do it. Bad customer service ever. When we were at the store, the staff members were very friendly. They were assisted a lot of the customers in the store with trying out products. To me, the variety seemed little limited compared to products available on their website. Their products were pricey, not surprising. I didn't notice any discounts or sale on any of the products, sort of defeated the purpose of being in an outlet mall. Aside from that, it is a wonderful store to visit.
