This morning was the best Ugg Outlet run ever!! The Sunday hours are 11-7 right now. The location is tucked away around the corner from Gucci. I believe it is in the old Tod's spot? I arrived a few minutes after 11 and it took about 15 minutes to get through the line and into the store. I was pleasantly surprised by this. I fully expected to strike out and go home. I struck gold! First of all, the entire staff is very nice and with the covid capacity measures it isn't too bad shopping around. The store is large, well stocked and clean. They were constantly restocking too. They will also gladly hold your selections at the desk for you. I always take them up on this, ALWAYS. Eva was the cashier, she did a great job, very patient, and very helpful! For $299 I got 5 pairs of Uggs, yes, 5 pairs! 2 Slippers and 3 boots. The most impressive part is that they are core items that do not really go on sale (see photos). Adirondack 3 Boots in Black (Snow Leopard) ($250/$66) Classic Double Bow Mini in Chestnut ($170/$80) CLASSIC SHORT II CROC in black ($170/$36) Scuffette 2 in Nightfall ($90/$51) Coquette in Caribou ($120/$67) I did have an Ugg Reward for $20, this basically covered the tax. I didn't even bother going into any other stores. After my morning of deals there was no place to go but down. Hands down way better than Jersey Gardens and Jersey Shore Ugg outlets.

Chaos! But the deals..... cant beat some of the deals. Honestly its a hit or miss, just like at any other outlet in America. I always find something deep discounted.

One of my least favorite outlet stores at Woodbury. It's very difficult to find, almost a hidden location not on the main pathway. There was a rather large line to get inside the store. It was pretty cold on the night we came and yet they seemed to not be in much of a rush to let people in. We watched 3-5 people leave the store, and the "bouncer" would let only 2 people in. Annoying. We came in the weeks leading up to Christmas, so you would think the deals would be in their prime during this time. I'm mad I even waited to go in, because once inside it was pretty apparent nothing remarkable was on sale. All of the most popular/notable UGG items were not on sale. If you were looking for an ugly pair of slippers or boots with a huge rhinestone bow on them, you probably would get a mere 20-30% off. Not worth a stop while you're at Woodbury! There are much better places to spend your time.

Full price only. Only funny colors on sale. Not the regular ones people like. Long line waste of time

Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. Save your money, friends. #JimmyChoo #NeverAgain #WorthCustomerService #LuxuryFail #ShameOnYou #CustomerServiceNightmare

It made sense that it was on the rack because it was the only collared shirt if it's kind left, and also a XXXL size, usually larger than average consumer. One associate told us it was on the incorrect rack, and that it belonged to the collard shirts 20% off, but it wasn't similar at all to any of the shirts on that rack. When we asked for price, they wouldn't just scan the shirt to tell me the price. 2 associates kept telling us off the top of their head as 20%, while associate was adamant that it was in the correct section of 50%. When we checked out, the younger caucasian man, who told us the shirt was in the wrong section, rang us up. It was all so shady, and in retrospect, I should've just placed the shirt down and came back another time to confirm with a supervisor. I will be escalating this issue.
