All of the employees that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and food court were very clean and well kept. Love spending time shopping here!

My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. Save your money, friends. #JimmyChoo #NeverAgain #WorthCustomerService #LuxuryFail #ShameOnYou #CustomerServiceNightmare

I saw a pair that I liked on line and called because I would be driving through the area. Mitzi helped me on the phone and found that the pair I liked had just come in. She asked what styles I was looking for and I told her anything distressed in a med or dark blue. I got to the store the next day and was really happy with what she pulled. The ladies who helped me find other jeans in my size were super sweet and helpful, as was the fitting room guy. Huge promo going on with BOGO and I walked out with three pairs of sweet jeans. Manager was really awesome too. First time I have been here but most definitely not the last.

Jeans will run anywhere between $100-$200 a pair here. The one downside to this place is the staff- they're nice and all that but man are they up your ass with that "do you need any help," business, Seriously. It was insane. You tell one person your fine. Then another. Then another. Then another. Then the person that asked you earlier asks again. Then, and this is no joke, as a salesperson was helping me find a size- another salesperson came along- "do you need help finding anything?" W...T...F... Rumor has it the manager wants them to be like this.
