For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Skims had a selection of clothing on sale with an additional 30 percent off. The skims store was organized, but the line to enter the shop was slow and long. Food options at Woodbury were very limited. The food court had minimal options ranging from pizza to sandwiches. Price of food was steep especially for upstate NY.

So it ended up being less than $50. Line was a little long but moved pretty fast.

It was damaged somehow on one side of the box. The hole was on 75% of the box. She definitely saw it but She did not want to show me. So I walked back to the store and asked either refunded or changed the box for me. She ignored me, and asked someone else to do it. Bad customer service ever.
