From what I could see on the first floor, there were four sales associates with no other customers. I was never offered a showing of anything on other floors (they have several, i believe?) One person appeared to be assigned to help me, but she kept saying "no, we don't have anything like that" when I was asking for basic work wear. If you're in the market for a pink ballgown or a logo t shirt, this may be the place for you. But you have to enjoy feeling like you're bothering the sales staff by merely being there. Second everything in this space is a sample so you try on here and then are shipped your pieces later. Rachel was amazing and really made the experience special. Tbh I was just tagging along with some friends, but ended up getting a few pieces. I love that you didn't have to be worried about sizing as they are super inclusive of all bodies and I liked that Rachel really listened to all of us with what our needs and wants were surrounding our bodies. The quality of the clothing is great with excellent attention to detail, and this is the perfect brand to build a capsule wardrobe.

The only minor difficulty was that the door buzzer wasn't working, but I called the phone number included in my appointment email and was headed upstairs in moments with my friend who was there for additional support. The rest of the appointment was ever better than I had hoped. The space is lovely and comfortable with refreshments and a very clean bathroom. I met with my very glamorous stylist who immediately put me at ease. I had come in to try on their new US + Henning collaboration and they had every piece I wanted to try on. We also walked through things I liked from the brand so he had a sense of what I wanted (although I later learned he knew my shopping history from US well so he wouldn't pull things I already owned!). After we spoke with the stylist, I was left alone with my friend and the other person who also shared my appointment time, who was lovely, and we looked at some clothes they had in the space while our stylist pulled looks for each of us. Then we were able to try everything on in dressing rooms and talk through them. I was able to order some items there and will order more later once I get home and decide on the colors. I know the US brand extremely well and I still thought this was an excellent experience. I felt very taken care of and appreciated. I also learned some styling tricks and things to consider when buying a blazer to ensure it's sized correctly. I just can't speak highly enough about this experience. I can run here after work, they have that I see online in this location but not at other locations, plus it's bigger than Green Acres location with more to choose from. I like this store. They CAN be cheap SOMETIMES. I find this store to be more organized then others…read more I've shopped here multiple times for a couple of years. With that being said. I'm kinda annoyed that the past few months the dressing room has been closed. Every time I ask they say it's closed and it will be open in a month or two. I asked in December and they said February. I go in today to try on two shirts, I'm told again that they're closed until march or may or something like that. Every business knows if you let customers try on clothing the likely of them purchasing those items are a lot higher than if you don't. I put one thing back and got a sweater. Guess what it docent fit and I have to return it like always! The sizes here change between every article of clothing and it's beyond annoying to have to go home and use my house as a fitting room and then go back! They're multiple people working here walking around. It's not that hard to have someone stand by the fitting rooms and count each item before and after going into the fitting room! You make paying customers feel like shoplifters not letting them in the fitting room, and lets be honest that's what it's about. If you do your job and count the clothing before and after and make your customers feel good about purchasing clothing from your store it would be very appreciated!
