Colette went as far as to track down a size of pants I needed all the way over in California for me. She was able to do the sale of both pants and a pair of sneakers as a send sale so that we didn't have to carry them around or pay sales tax (yay NH). It is an outlet, so you most likely will not find current season items or the signature items, but there are plenty of great deals to be had. Overall, it was a good experience, and it has become one of our must go shops whenever we visit.

I've always loved this brand, so I was happy to come across another location and stop in. Michelle was the sales associate who helped me, and she made everything so easy. She looked up my previous purchases and helped me figure out the right size while I was deciding. I really appreciated the extra effort. I also had a chance to meet Connie, the supervisor. When I first walked in, I actually mistook her for a sales associate, and she was gracious about it. We chatted for a few minutes, and I enjoyed getting to know her a little. She was very professional and accommodating. I ended up leaving with a beautiful sweater and, more importantly, feeling good about my visit. It's always nice when the people make a shopping trip as enjoyable as the purchase itself. I'll definitely be back!

They checked for more sizes for me, helped me with a dressing room and the atmosphere was just so much nicer than other stores. For example Versace made me feel uneasy even though I had multiple designer shopping bags with me, they made me feel like I didn't belong or was worthy of being in their store. Burberry was the opposite, I was dressed in flip flops and shorts yet I was treated as if I were the CEO. I happily spent thousands on some garments, was really nice I wasn't judged by my clothes I was wearing. The guy who checked me was also pleasant and had a conversation with me. Overall wonderful experience and I am Burberry fan for life. I will be back in the fall for more!
