Watch Station International - Michele Watch at an amazing price!

We fell in love with a gold Madison mid with diamonds. Lolli helped to make it the perfect fit! When another person in our party wanted the same watch, Lorraine tracked it down for her. Both Lorraine and Lolli are kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I am so happy we came in, and we will back. Can't recommend enough!

I absolutely love Watch Station and I have been shopping at the Wrentham, Massachusetts location since they first opened, and I still do. However, I often visit other locations in search of yet another great bargain on my favorite Michele watches, which Watch Station sells. On a recent trip to Hong Kong, flying out of JFK, I asked my husband during our return flight if we could take a little detour and pay a visit to Woodbury Commons. Although The Watch Station in Woodbury Commons was not my initial destination, it does sit right between my two favorite stores, so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to pop in. On this particular visit I found two insanely discounted watch bands. Watch bands on most Michele watches are interchangeable, which is part of their crazy appeal. So for me, yet another fabulous purchase at Watch Station I thought to myself, but this is where it got weird. When cashing out, I was told that the very nice young lady who had been assisting me the entire time was unable to cash me out and someone else would be helping me with my transaction. Not a problem at all!!! Or so I thought. I hadn't even pulled my charge card completely out of my wallet before I was told by the man who was now assisting me that I would need to show my identification. Please note that in all of my years in dealing with Watch Station, I have never been asked for an identification, so I was a bit surprised. No problem!!! However, I have to admit that I found it quite odd that I hadn't even presented him with my form of payment before he asked for identification. Very strange!!! After a brief moment of thought, I decided there was something fishy about the abrupt change in sales associates assisting me and his asking me for identification, so I asked to speak to a manager. It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to figure out when someone is being profiled and that's exactly what happened to me at this Watch Station that day. Somehow, the staff in this store got it into their empty heads that I was a "suspicious character!!" Indeed! So, for any Watch Station employees who work at the Woodbury location, and who can actually read, this is for you. Yes, my husband and I had just traveled half way around the world and mascara, lipstick stains, and 24 hour old make-up was plastered all over my face, but so what, I still want to go to my favorite outlet mall on planet Earth, and I want to be able to go into any store I please and be treated fairly, but that was not to be on this particular day. When the manager came out, she was so incredibly rude to me, and to make matters worse, she was rude to my always level headed and polite husband. My husband asked me in front of the manager if I had begun the transaction and I said that I had not. My husband then said that it was time for us to leave, and the manager responded to my husband by saying, "yeah, why don't you do that." Now to most people that may not seem like a rude remark at all, but from a managerial standpoint, that is as unprofessional as it gets. Needless to say, my husband has forbidden me from ever entering that particular Watch Station ever again. I recently purchased a new Michele watch at another Watch Station and although this purchase was substantially more than the purchase I was to make at the Woodbury location, I was not asked for my identification. It was actually the manager of this location who was assisting me with my transaction and when I asked him why he didn't ask for my identification, he responded by telling me that he only asks "shady looking" people for identification. NEED I SAY MORE!!!

Samantha was not helpful and didn't respect the customers dissatisfaction stating she did Not need attitude . That was the first time a few months ago .Well when you spend hundreds of dollars and the band on both watches fail from the pins and one clasp you as a consumer have the right to vent but it was to a brick wall parrot that continuously stated 3 months Nothing can be done most of the clientele to the commons are visiting from other countries . So they never get the opportunity to complain in person nor telephonically . We had the watch bands repaired 2x at our local Jewler but enough is enough so I phoned the repair line they listened to my dissatisfaction on a recorded line then gave the corporate number helpful and suggested giving the brick and mortar at the commons another chance to make it right . I spoke with Sam she said come right in we did so the same replacement watch was unavailable she said you can go to Garden State Plaza . She just stated company policy with out caring and insincerely as if she was a parrot . I asked for her mangers info and stated I had already spoken with corporate in Florida as well she could careless about customer service and that is unfortunate especially in today's economic climate and the ability to publicize poor service instantaneously. Well I've been in retail and hospitality for 30 yrs. The standards I have lived by are make your guest repeat customers ,build a relationship not alienated dissatisfied local consumers . I have managed in the commons for 5 plus years you never know who's a corporate shopper and you should give service and care not shrugging your shoulders because you work in 200 ft space . Perhaps a phone call to the other location or offering to have a replacement mailed or make a deal despite the 90 days warranty sad apparently Invicta stands for indifference at $300 plus these watches are a disposable product and being ignored part of their mission statement or core values .

My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. Save your money, friends. #JimmyChoo #NeverAgain #WorthCustomerService #LuxuryFail #ShameOnYou #CustomerServiceNightmare

I came to Woodbury last month to shop for deals…read more I was not impressed with the selection at the coach or Michael Kors outlet. Styles were outdated and prices were not discounted. Skims had a selection of clothing on sale with an additional 30 percent off. The skims store was organized, but the line to enter the shop was slow and long. Food options at Woodbury were very limited. The food court had minimal options ranging from pizza to sandwiches. Price of food was steep especially for upstate NY.
