Unfortunately my right hand swelled and had to have my right finger which had a long time gold ring cut asap. I called them in morning and was told to come in anytime. Went in and they took care of me immediately. The staff was gracious and the jeweler took less than what seem like 2 minutes. Their service is excellent. Mehran is truly amazing!!! I definitely know why my friend highly recommended this place to me even though it was a 1.5 hour drive from home. I was looking at a few things from here and Mehran was so patient and honest in addressing every question I had. He practically spent two whole hours with me going over different qualities on different items I was looking over. He presented the pros and con in great details and was very informative. I'm sorry to post a negative review since in the past the owner/jeweler has been fantastic, but today's interaction with an employee has forced me to find a new jewelry store. Went in for a repair and questioned the price. The employee (a middle aged man) is sum and substance told me if to fix it myself if I didn't like the price. The owner was called from the rear of the store and was told by me, that I will never enter his premise after what his employee said to me. He was understanding but I will not be spoken down to by anyone, or their employees who seek my business. It's a shame as I was looking at a $1,800 necklace to purchase for my wife's upcoming birthday. I'll now (and have) take my business elsewhere...... read more

We entered Cyrus Jewelers on a Saturday afternoon to begin our journey. Most jewelers do not keep the diamonds we were searching for onsite and after discussing with Mehran what we were looking for he provided us with an extensive list of diamonds that may suit our needs that Monday. We chose a few to be brought into the shop for closer inspection. While looking at the individual diamonds, Mehran guided us through the examination of each diamond explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each choice. Not once did he push us in a direction with a salesman-like approach. Actually, it felt like talking with a friend, who had expertise in the field that was helping us make an important decision. Furthermore, he would point out opportunities for us to find extra value even if it cost him some revenue dollars.
